In a nice area

Cons:

The continental breakfast could have been better. In the overnight desk receptionist didn't want to do his job, so I don't think I would be back

Pros:

I was not able to take advantage of the breakfast, nor use any additional facilities, so I can’t really address the question about who should stay there. It is a bit far from the highway, but I was most grateful to have found it late in the evening and enjoy a restful sleep.

The trains and highway..I suppose you get used to it..not that I lost sleep..no I slept wicked good..it was just there to hear when you woke.. otherwise great

very good value for the money. The metro north is almost a subway, runs every 20 minutes, super easy
Pros:

good, but the staff didn't refill the coffee pots until asked

Cons:

driving directions to metro north parking lot - the entrance is very easy to miss, so a good map or guide would have helped

Pros:

The location was very convenient, close to gas, food, pharmacy/general store. Even on nights it was full, there was space to park my car. I liked the generous 3 hours the breakfast area was open, the croissants and coffee.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast area had at least a waffle maker, i think having fresh waffles over frozen would add a lot. I would have liked an additional two pillows per bed. Our room wall and the hallways need a little work/updating, but the hotel was already having renovations done, so i understand it might be on the list!

Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

The room was great! breakfast excellent! The staff were wonderful, I loved the check in process, very fast, professional and friendly. The room was very clean. I will stay there again for sure. Highly recommended.
La habitacion estuvo genial, muy limpia y espaciosa. El desayuno riquisimo, el personal del hotel es maravilloso, me encanto el proceso de check in, muy rapido, profesional y amable. Volvere a quedarme en ese hotel de nuevo de todas maneras. Lo recomiendo apliamente

Clean and friendly, the beds were not great

Hallways smelled, toilet backed up, nobody could help. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
Pros:

Not much. It was old and didn’t seem the cleanest.

Cons:

Our toilet was backed up so we called the front desk. Not only did they say they couldn’t come help but they also didn’t even have a plunger to use to try and fix it ourselves. Person at the desk said they couldn’t look because he was alone. So…no bathroom use all night. Awful!

Overall, the experience was extraordinary, excellent.
Pros:

The reception personnel was courteous and helpful.
The continental breakfast was fresh, tasty and necessary to start the day off. The rooms we're comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Well, I have to say that we observed every day, since the very first day of our six day stay, the same stains on the table at the lobby and the plastic flowers on the table we're covered with dust. But, other than that, all was clean.
