What, no breakfast!
Pros:

Very upscale hotel. I expected an awesome breakfast. Found that there was no breakfast at all.
Very disappointed, and will not be coming back.

Lovely centrally located with outstanding views, great staff and parking.
Pros:

Great location and beautiful harbor view with small balcony great for coffee where we watched the seaplanes and ferries come and go. The planes were quite loud but it was perfectly quiet with the doors closed. Walked to many sights and restaurants. Basement secure parking included ⭐️

Cons:

Big hard pillows. If the windows are open when the seaplanes take off or land the suite gets some exhaust fumes wafting in.

Pros:

Great location. Suite spacious and well maintained. Seaplanes were a curiosity at first, but became a minor irritant due to noise and fumes. Lack of on-site restaurant and bar/lounge mostly offset by having fully equipped kitchen.

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

We stayed in Victoria for a week for a vacation at the Victoria Regent Hotel. We were very impressed with the size of the rooms, the cleanliness, the views, the location, and the friendly staff. To top it off, the price was affordable. We would definitely stay here again.

Highly recommend
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful, and the staff, particularly David, made the stay even better. Fantastic location on the water and across the road or very short walk to eat, drink and departures for whale watching. Bed and couches were super comfy, very spacious suite, excellent bathroom with great water pressure and heat control, perfect little balcony for sun or shade basking.

Fantastic hotel right on the harbor
Pros:

Spacious waterfront room with a spectacular view.
Pros:

The room was very clean and spacious; more like a small apartment. The furnishings were tasteful and very comfortable. The area is very walkable with restaurants, shops and markets nearby. The staff was efficient and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful property.

Suite absolument parfaite. 93 M2 + balcon, on ne pouvait pas rêver de mieux, et cette vue!!! fantastique. Très agréable balcon où nous avons pris nos deux petits déjeuner. Ultra calme, literie confortable, équipement complet avec grande cuisine. Parking en sous-sol gratuit avec accès direct à l'hôtel. Proche de tout, commerces, restos, visites
Personnel adorable

Cons:

s'il faut trouver un défaut, je dirais l'accès au parking par très bien indiqué et avec une voie où les vélos arrivent comme des bolides sans regarder. Un peu stressant. Sinon TOPPPP

Excellent location as it was easy to walk to many sights and restaurants.
Pros:

We were able to park our car early in the day and explore Victoria while waiting for our room. The front desk staff were very friendly. The floor to ceiling windows with views of the inner harbor and Olympic mountains were spotless.

Can’t think of a thing!

Large Suite; Great Location
