Can't beat the views!
Pros:

The room was meticulous clean and the furniture modern. The location is fantastic and allowed us to walk to most restaurants and shops. Best of all are the views of the water and the city. Nothing else like it in Victoria.

Pros:

We had a fantastic time. Staff was friendly and very helpful. The suite was great, queit, clean, and the view was incredible. Location was good, within walking distance to shops, restaurants and all our other actives.

Wonderful hotel, great location and beautiful view
Pros:

We had an amazing experience from the staff to our incredible suite. The location is perfect for walking all the shops and dinner. Room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities with a bonus of a beautiful view. Parking was easy and safe. We will be back!

Great for visiting family
Pros:

We love this hotel, both for ourselves when we visit Victoria, and for staying with family or friends when they visit Victoria from elsewhere in Canada. The two bedroom suite, with its fully equipped kitchen and gorgeous views, makes for much more enjoyable time together than if we were staying in two hotel rooms.

Excellent choice for kicking back enjoying the scenery & proximity to all venues

Well situated near town walking distance to restaurants & shopping
Secure parking

Cons:

As with all major cities in Canada
The drug use causes concern & using the outdoors near hotel etc for their bathrooms

Fabulous stay!
Pros:

Best among the best
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided—it truly felt like living in our own home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the attention to cleanliness made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Pros:

Well, the stay was fine the failure of booking.com to respond to my second submission regarding matching price was a great disappointment. I have used this form for more than 20 years and felt stone wall. I will also make a look elsewhere before booking anything.

Pros:

The room and the views were incredible. The hotel was close to exactly where we wanted to go. Within walking distance. They were accommodating in fulfilling our request for 4 queen beds instead of 2 kings.

Cons:

Before we could even go upstairs to our room, the front desk staff made sure to tell us about quiet time, in a way that made it seem like we would be a problem.

size of the suite, staff very helpful.

Cons:

there was some difficulty checking in, mostly due to the fact that arriving by car, there was nowhere to stop. (the hotel zone pull out was occupied by a large commercial truck, meaning that we had do drive to the seaplane base and walk back.
