Great stay, great location!
Pros:

What a wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel. So close to all the shops and restaurants and the views rival the Empress if you are on the proper side of the building!

We had a wonderful two night stay in a spacious suite overlooking the water with a balcony
Pros:

The view was amazing over the bay, watching the sea planes land and the lights at night. It was in a great position to walk into town with plenty of restaurants in walking distance

Cons:

There was nothing to dislike, will be referring friends if they travel to Victoria

Stunning Views, Gorgeous Rooms and Lovely Staff
Pros:

The views include everything from the classic brick buildings of downtown at sunrise, to the busy harbor activity, to sunsets and watching the city light up at night. Being on the waterfront, right in downtown Victoria meant we could walk everywhere - shopping and restaurants within steps of the front door. The rooms are clean, updated and well appointed, yet comfortable and feel homey. Staff were friendly and kind; professional and attentive. We stay here whenever we visit Victoria, BC.
