Beautiful, clean, spacious waterfront property.
Pros:

Easy access to restaurants and shopping. Our room had an exceptional view. The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There is no AC for those who have to have it. Being on the waterfront there was a very nice air flow and the time of year (May) led to cooler temps especially in the evening. There was a fan available.

Great location and super hotel suite
Pros:

Nice location next to the city center
Pros:

It was clean and the parking was for free. Located right at the waterfront and next to the city centre. Beautiful view on the waterside/harbour. Check-in and check-out was easy.

Cons:

It was really loud, not because of some drunk people, just because of really thin walls. Really really thin. We could also hear the ice machine cruching when used. The street also is really busy so you can not let the windows open in the night as you will be up early in the morning because of the traffic. On the ocean view side the seaplanes are nice to see but really loud. You have to be aware of this. Otherwise 10/10.

Super tolle Unterkunft, zentral zwischen Chinatown und Parlament. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar!
Pros:

Sehr schöne, große Zimmer mit einem tollen Ausblick. Wir hatten eine Suite auf Ebene des Haupteingangs und der Rezeption. Unser Zimmer ging raus in Richtung vom Parlament, was wir immer sehen konnten. Und nachts konnten wir uns an dessen Beleuchtung erfreuen. Vom Bett und Wohnbereich hatten wir einen phantastischen Blick auf den Hafen und das Parlament. Wir konnten das bunte Treiben der Wasserflugzeuge und Boote beobachten sowohl vom Sofa aus und auch vom Bett aus. Und morgens habe ich immer auf dem Steg unter uns oder im Wasser einen FischOtter gesehen, solange noch nicht so viel Betrieb war.
Und der Teppich im Schlafzimmer war ein weicher Traum, wodurch jeder Schritt ein Eintauchen in warmen beziehungsweise weichem Wohlgefühl war. Einfach nur schön und toll.
Die Ausstattung mit zwei Sofas und dem Esstisch mit den 6 Stühlen war super bequem und völlig ausreichend.
Super war auch die tägliche Versorgung beim Reinigungsservice mit neuen Wasserflaschen, toller Service.

Cons:

Die Stühle auf dem Balkon und der Tisch könnten zum Sommer hin gerne erneuert oder renoviert werden. Und Sitzkissen für die Stühle wären angebracht, erst recht im aktuellen Zustand der Stühle und auch sonst wegen der Kühle im Frühjahr (wir waren im April 2026 für 5 Tage dort).

Auch die Bratpfanne in der Küche sollte ausgetauscht werden. Ich wollte sie morgens einmal für Spiegelei benutzen, was auch möglich war, aber der Boden ist rund und nicht mehr platt. Dadurch dauerte das Braten länger.

Auch für das Badezimmer sollte nochmals über eine separate Heizung als Elektrischer Heizkörper nachgedacht werden, denn im Anfang April war es nachts und morgens etwas frisch bevor die Dusche lief.

Und ich persönlich würde noch einen kleinen Haken in der Nähe vom Waschbecken für ein Händehandtuch anbringen, da bisher alle Aufhängungen für Handtücher an der Wand gegenüber vom Waschbecken waren. Dadurch war zum Abtrocknen immer ein umdrehen nötig, was mit nassen Händen meistens störend für uns war.

Aber das ist Jammern auf ganz, ganz hohen Niveau, denn der Rest war einfach toll.

Great location. AMAZING view of entire harbor. I believe all room have balconies. Highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was VERY central to downtown shops, tours, China town. Water front views were spectacular to wake up to! Even at night! Perfect place to watch Sunset from balcony. We had 2 bed 2 bath. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Not a big fancy hotel like some, which I prefer.

Cons:

Sea planes are a bit loud but also very fun to watch!
