Schöner Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren zu viert unterwegs und hatten zwei separate Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und auf Wunsch wurden Speisen zubereitet. Auch das Ambiente in der umgebauten ehemaligen Fabrik ist aussergewöhnlich. Die Umgebung mit Garten und Pool wurde perfekt in die bestehende Struktur eingegliedert und ist sehr schön geworden. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Auch die Distanz zum Kai von Vila Nova de Gaia ist angenehm und auch zu Fuss erreichbar.

Cons:

Bei unserer ersten Übernachtung hatten wir Zimmer zum Innenhof und Restaurant. Diese waren leider sehr dunkel, da nur kleine Fenster vorhanden waren.

El Spa es solamente una piscina de agua caliente. El agua caliente de la habitación quemaba y era difícil de controlar.

Pros:

El hotel magnífico. Las instalaciones perfectas. Limpio, silencioso, cómodo y ACOGEDOR. El personal de recepción, spa y restaurant súper amable y profesional. Siempre con una sonrisa y buena actitud. La habitación tiene el tamaño, comodidad, insonorización y limpieza adecuados. No soy muy fan de las puertas de cristal en los baños porque sueles despertar a quien está a tu lado cuando vas allí en el medio de la noche, pero en este caso tuvieron la delicadeza de poner una mampara de suelo a pared para que la luz que prendes no moleste a quien está durmiendo. El Spa es fantástico y la piscina externa también con tumbonas y area ajardinada. En resumen, repetiremos porque nos sentimos muy cómodos. El parking es un poco justo, pero todo lo demás es magnífico!!!

Le "spa Bvlgari" : vitres sales, piscine avec option jacuzzi défectueuse, pas de massages possible....

La chambre tres quelconque, aurait mérité un bon rafraîchissement surtout dans la douche... les joints sont sale voir inexistant ce qui lui donne un aspect sale... les fils électriques dépassent, les lampes ne sont pas branchées ....

Le personnel a la reception peut agréable, on vous tend le TPE pour le paiement sans un mot, ni regard, ni sourire, pourtant nous sommes lusophone.

Le personnel du restaurant sympathique mais qui découvre la carte avec nous, 25min d'attente pour un verre de vin sans qu'on nous ai présenté la carte...

Le personnel du bar l'après midi etait tres sympathique en revanche, idem pour ceux du petit dejeuner.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast, very reasonable evening meal and nice aesthetics.

Cons:

Despite confirmation of booking from the hotel and paying in full, when we arrived after a long day of travel there was no booking on the system. We were not allocated the room choice we had booked. Customer cars were parked up against our window despite booking a tranquil garden view. Long walk to town and rail station.

La localizacion es tranquila y el hotel en si es muy bonito y tranquilo dentro tambien. Estacion de metro cerca psra ir al centro

Lo ofrecen como que tiene spa y en realidad solo es piscina interior caliente si tenia chorros no funcionó ninguno ni habia nadie a quien comentar todo esto.
Luego el personal de limpieza no fué nada agradable con un error que tenia la tarjeta con las luces y luego a llamar a la puerta para limpiar cuando aun no nos habiamos levantado. No ofrecen ni vaso para enjuagarte ni toallas para todos. En el check out ni nos preguntaton que tal la estancia, en general lo bonito del lugar lo pierde con eses detalles

Pros:

Tout était incroyable, le petit déjeuner, la chambre, les piscines… Nous avons même été surclassé en suite présidentielle.

Le jaccuzi ne fonctionnait pas mais nous avons été indemnisé.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido la tranquilidad del hotel, el trato y atención de todo el personal y la calidad del desayuno. La ubicación es excelente a muy poco del centro de Porto y además ofrecen servicio de traslado a ciertas horas.

Cons:

- No tengo nada negativo que decir.

Good value, nice outdoor pool, breakfast, quiet.

Cons:

Staff [bar 1 latest receptionist] were disengaged/surly. No communal area or lounge indoors to hang out with fellow travellers. Rooms are compact - bedroom area fittings ill equipped and need updating.

Réceptionniste antipathique. Aucun sens du client. Petit déjeuner qualité tres moyenne a part les fruits quand il y en a..Pas de Spa. Une petite piscine intérieure blindée de monde. Pas de sauna, pas de jacuzzi. Uniquement massage payant cher.
