On a réservé une suite familiale pour 4 personnes avec petit-déjeuner. En arrivant, on a trouvé que les enfants (14 et 17 ans) allaient dormir sur des lits d'appoint, ce qui était insupportable. On a discuté avec la réception, qui nous a dit : « Vous avez réservé pour des enfants, c'est normal que les enfants dorment n'importe où. » On a donc été obligés de réserver une deuxième chambre.
En arrivant dans la chambre, la télé n'était pas bien accrochée, comme si elle était tombée du mur : elle n'était pas stable et les câbles étaient apparents. On a réclamé à deux reprises, mais personne n'est intervenu.
Pour accéder au parking ou en sortir, il faut klaxonner plusieurs fois.
En allant au petit-déjeuner, on a découvert qu'ils avaient annulé celui des enfants parce qu'on avait pris une nouvelle chambre.
L'emplacement est très difficile sans voiture.
Service nul pour un prix très élevé.
La déco au tour de la piscine .
La carte du resto, n’était pas pour un hotel 4 étoiles, elle semblé plus la carte d’un café. Les affiches était erroné , elles envoient dans le mouvais sens. Le déjeuner manquait de choix,très simple.

Zimmer absolut unzureichend beschildert; und auch völlig wirr; Chaos beim Einchecken vorprogrammiert; Service am Empfang schnell überfordert; können kein Taxi organisieren(??); Hotel etwas abseits
