Slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding
Cons:

We verbleven in een gebouw met houten vloeren dus het was vrij gehorig. Kleine donkere gangen en een sterke chloorlucht in de gangen. Slaapkamer was redelijk, maar we hadden een vrij hard bed en het bed van onze dochter was een soort slaapbank die zeer instabiel was dus heeft ze maar bij ons geslapen. De badkamer was echt veel te klein. Bijna met alle bewegingen stoot je je wel ergens tegenaan. Onbijt was onder de maat. Droge broodjes, hele natte roerei en het personeel stond al naast je tafel om je bord weg te halen als je net je laatste hap naar binnen had.

Cons:

Any of it! It was the worst hotel I have stayed at that I can remember. Decor was ugly, music at breakfast was terrible. Dark hallways. Uneven floors, unsafe steps, trip hazards. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Lage aber doch zentral zum erkunden der Stadt. Frühstück war für uns soweit ok.

Cons:

Wir hatten leider ein sehr dunkles Zimmer mit kleinem Fenster. Das Zimmer ist uns schon Recht abgewohnt vorgekommen. Wir haben am Abend im Restaurant im Hotel gegessen, wobei für ein 4 Sterne Haus die Qualität nicht so in Ordnung war.

The hotel has so much potential, but lack of leadership & vision lets it down, standing need to be improved and room

The hotel is nice - but has several issues

No bar or meet up space for a socialising
The hotel has huge potential but the space is badly planned out:
The staff are untrained with no clear leadership but work hard with what they have:
Spa caps - what a rip off pointless rule
Not enough pool towels
Breakfast is very expensive for what you get
Room was shabby- no water provided
No robes
Awful pillows air filled very uncomfortable
Broken aircon and curtains hanging off on arrival.
We had to ask staff for assistance for everything- obtaining an iron, how to work the safety deposit box, get the fridge to temperature, put on the aircon
None of this had been done before our arrival to our room which was very disappointing.
During the stay I was unwell, my husband tried to get some water but had no coins for the vending machine, he asked staff but the told him they didn’t have any, despite telling them I was ill nobody offered any water and. My husband had to walk to find a shop.
Not 4 star - looks lovely but behind the mask it’s barely functioning.
The same terrible music played on repeat from morning until night for 5 days of our stay!
We asked for it to be turned off and were told that wasn’t possible.

Wegen Überbuchung konnte die Übernachtung nicht angetreten werden und das angebotene Ersatzhotel war eine Frechheit
Pros:

Über die Unterkunft kann ich leider nichts schreiben, da diese mir 1 Tag vor Anreise wegen Überbuchung gekündigt wurde.

Cons:

Der Schriftverkehr und der Umgang mit der Überbuchung war extrem unprofessionell. Uns wurde ein anderes Hotel angeboten, dieses hatte jedoch maximal 2 Sterne Niveau. Wenn man 5 Sterne bucht, erwartet man dann doch eine halbwegs gleichwertige Alternative.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit hervorragendem Frühstück und einer besonderen, persönlichen Note.
Pros:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer waren sauber, komfortabel und sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass sich eine Bibel im Zimmer befand. In vielen Hotels, die wir bisher besucht haben, haben wir so etwas nicht gesehen. Das war für uns eine sehr schöne und besondere Überraschung. ☺️

Cons:

Da unser Zimmer im Dachgeschoss lag, war bei Regen der Lärm auf dem Dach recht deutlich zu hören. Ansonsten hatten wir nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Le confort du lit, l'emplacement, le petit déjeuner avec du choix, la décoration agréable et la propreté.

Cons:

La salle de bain est très étroite surtout pour les toilettes (emplacement pas adapté pour les grands)
Parking payant et très petit.
niveau spa information incohérente sur les réservations et horaire d'ouverture.
obligé d'acheter des bonnets alors que d'autres clients ne le portaient pas.
pas normal que la piscine ne soit pas accessible à 10h30 du matin à cause de l'entretien

Hotel moderno mas não pretendo regressar novamente.
Pros:

Gostei do facto de terem piscina interior e exterior, a parte da receção toda simpática sem razões de queixa e a receção do spa deixou a desejar (precisava um pouco mais de simpatia).

Cons:

No interior dos quartos, era audível o som dos passos das pessoas torna se muito desagradável. Na piscina interior o som de fundo tinha o CD riscado 10 em 10 min ouvíamos um ruído muito desconfortável.
