Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is only a block away from Darling Harbour. Nice little apartment with all the amenities including washing machine and dryer.

Cons:

The apartment was hot and muggy, the air-conditioning was i adequate and outdated wasn't cooling the room at all, it was like sleeping in a sauna. The bed was hard and not very comfortable

Nice convenient location and suite with a few fixable issues
Pros:

The taps dripped non stop in the bath tub and the toilet continuously ran. The wifi was horrible! It kept disconnecting
The location was great and the suite was well equipped. I think once these items are addressed, the place is so unique and nice. It just needs some TLC!

Great location!
Pros:

Location was good, an efficient tram sevice to other areas of the city and a short walk to busy restaurants.
Staff were helpful and were happy to store our luggage when we were away for one night.
Pool was nice and quiet when I was there.

Cons:

The room was good but communal areas reminded us of a prison! Lots of metal grids and gangways!
A book that I was reading went missing and we're still struggling to understand how it was not found in the room we had been in. Staff were, however, apologetic.

We had a massive water Leak from a cupboard upstairs. Staff attended but floor was saturated. Wet carpet was smelly, we were not offered another room. After asking if there was any compensation we were refunded $39.
