Great location & friendly staff but lacking in comfort
Pros:

Location to darling harbour.

Cons:

Rooms felt dark & claustrophobic. Dryer had seen better days approx 15 years ago & stopped working after 15 mins. Cheap tea & flimsy appliances. Overall, this property needs a serious renovation & some better sound acoustic between rooms for a quieter stay.

Cons:

Booked an apartment but didnt look anything like the photos. No couch or the like. Really its just a hotel room with a little kitchenette and washing machine and dryer

A great good value option to stay when in Sydney.
Pros:

Fantastic location so close to darling harbour and easy to get to everywhere else in Sydney that we wanted to see. Loved the set up of the apartments in the old wool storage warehouse where some of the original historical features had been kept. Well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area to relax in while looking at the view.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit dated and the shower and toilet could do with upgrading.

Comfortable, convenient and fantastic location.
Pros:

Roomy with everything you need for a comfortable short stay. Fantastic location close to Darling Harbour and public transport. We were able to walk almost anywhere we needed to go.

Cons:

Elevators were very small and slow. We took the stairs because people with luggage were waiting up to half an hour.

Great location, easy access to Capitol Theatre via Light Rail
Pros:

Great location, easy access to light rail, availability of kitchenette and laundry.

Cons:

Noise within common areas from other guests can be heard at night, the lift was extremely slow on check out, the suggested car park to use on Harris St was difficult to navigate even in a small SUV and also didn’t feel secure. It was also filthy - rubbish everywhere. I would suggest parking in the Harbourside Carpark instead.
