The room size was nice and comforting. The person on duty was helpful on giving me instructions on directions to the hotel.
Traveling with a 99 year old, having a hi rise toilet for a change was really the highlight of staying at the Wingate hotel.
The person at The desk when we checked in should have had the courtesy of communicating the basic or general schedule for breakfast as this was our first stay at a Wingate. It would have been nice to sit for a breakfast since we had a late arrival and were hungry. We ended up spending money on a breakfast at Biscuitville, $16.00! A hotel that ends their breakfast at 9 a.m. without notice especially for a 99 year old hungry senior citizen is very inconsiderate!

If there's a $20 charge for the airport shuttle pickup, that should be published on the website. You are charged $20 to drive two miles!!!!
No hot water in the shower. Left it running for fifteen minutes and ice cold. No matter how you turned on or turn off the nozzle, nothing changed.
Room was on the first floor, it was cold. There's a tile floor for entry and in the bathroom, and, thin carpet for bed area on concrete slab. Individual heating control couldn't produce enough heat for the cold temperatures outside as it pulled in ten degrees air to heat.
