Modernes, zentral gelegenes Hotel
Pros:

Modernes Hotel, zentral an der Fußgängerzone in Dortmund. Schöne saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplätze stehen direkt am Hotel zur Verfügung. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis!

Cons:

Die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer war bei den heißen Temperaturen leider ausgefallen. Das Hotel ist uns aber dann bei den Parkgebühren entgegengekommen.

Cons:

Leider geht der Instandkaffee gar nicht. In allen anderen bekannten Mercure Häusern gibt's frischen Bohnenkaffee.

Geweldige locatie, schone kamers met een voortreffelijk bed. Het personeel was vriendelijk, fijn dat de auto ook bij het hotel kon worden geparkeerd.

Located in the city centre, very nice staff and helpful, English speaking staff.

Cons:

Mini gym is mini. One cycle, one treadmill and one elliptical. plus set of dumbbells rack 2 to 20 kg sets and bench.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht wieder wählen.
Pros:

Ein richtiges Einzelzimmer ohne Platznot. Die Zentrumslage. Die 24-Std.-Öffnung. Der günstige Preis.

Cons:

Die Innenstadtlage war zwar gut, aber die angekündigten Parkplätze nur in unzureichender Weise vorhanden und stark überteuert. Das Parkhaus kostete nicht mal die Hälfte. Die digitalen Hürden waren hoch. Die Gästemappe enthielt keine Frühstückszeiten und keine Angabe zum WLan, der Fahrstuhl funktionierte uneindeutig, die Ausschilderung im Haus war unübersichtlich. Die Öffnung der Parkschranke gar nicht auffindbar. Das Personal nur mit hartnäckiger Nachfrage hilfsbereit. Pappe auf den Teppichen im Gang. Das Frühstück hatte viele Komponenten, aber deren Qualität war nur mittel. Das Frühstück war teuer, der Preis nicht ersichtlich und nicht angekündigt. Die Hotelbar hatte geschlossen. Der Frühstücksraum war kalt und dunkel.
