Fantástico
Pros:

Hotel fantástico en todos los sentidos: muy bien situado, buenas instalaciones y quiero destacar la amabilidad y el trato del personal, en especial la de Raúl y Aitor, súper simpáticos. Gracias a ellos disfrutamos de una buena gastronomía y lugares de ocio. ¡Repetiremos sin duda!

Loved staying here, great staff. Buses, trams and the metro literally outside the door.
Pros:

From start to finish an excellent stay. Super friendly and helpful reception staff, every one one of them, the same in the restaurant, serving a fabulous breakfast. Lovely spacious room, very comfy bed and excellent cleaning staff. Great location.

Pros:

Great location. Clean, bright and a modern feel. Staff were amazing and little personal touches made our stay special.

Due to the time of the year, air conditioning was not available, but as we had a small heatwave, the room was very hot.

Good hotel
Pros:

Service and clean, comfortable and very good breakfast

Cons:

Distance from Casco Viejo and very few bars nearby. The worst thing is there is a disco club and all night noise is terrible. I understand is not the hotel fault..but if air conditioning could be on then no need to open windows ( we had hot day and night)

Gutes Frühstück und gute Lage

Cons:

Leider ging die Klimaanlage nicht, die Möbel waren mit einer Folie überzogen, die sich ablöste und die Kissen waren für mich eine Katastrophe, total hart

Terrific location, very friendly staff and a great garage
Pros:

Given our restricted time in Bilbao, the location was terrific. For the dogs it was near a park area (fantastic space) and for us it was so close to the Guggenheim Museum and the Puppy.

The garage was easily accessed, the rooms were really good (temperature control good), beds were very comfortable, breakfast excellent, staff were very friendly and generally getting around the hotel was straightforward for someone using a fold-up mobility scooter. The mobility bathroom was excellent.

Cons:

Can’t fault the hotel; there was a water access problem which the hotel put up notices for guests. However, my toilet wasn’t able to read the notices after the water came back on and just wouldn’t flush. My sister’s room was next door, so I used hers. The rest of the time I used the bathroom waste bucket!

El personal tenia muy buena actitud.

Cons:

Que hubiese que pagar por el aparcamiento y que dentro de la habitación el suelo tenia daño de agua debido al baño y donde la ventilación había humedad o polvo.

La situació i el tamany de l'habitació.

Cons:

No funcionava l'aigua calenta de la dutxa (habitació 414) i no van ser capaços d'arreglar-ho o canviar-nos d'habitació.
El el servei de bar es molt justet, amb un cambrer poc amable i incapaç de fer un mínim coctel. Tenien un mojito pre-preparat, el servien sense menta, amb gel picat i sense una palleta així que era dificil de beure.

Bien pero falta mantenimkentl.
Cons:

Nuestra habitacion tenia todo el suelo de parquet hinchado por una fuga de agua del lavabo de la habitacion de al lado. Tuvimos la sensacion que generaba mucha humedad dentro de la habitacion y era asfixiante estar dentro aun con la calefaccion apagada.
