Es war sehr kalt, die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert und im Badezimmer war der Handtuchwärmer nicht funktionsfähig.

Pros:

La ubicación es tranquila y no estás lejos de buenos bares. Tenían la habitación lista antes de tiempo y la limpieza fue buena, nada que decir. Cuenta con parking que no llegamos a ver por no reservar con antelación. Hay un parking en un edificio a 5mins andando igualmente.

Cons:

Quizás fue por la época (Navidad) pero nos pusieron en el primer piso del ala que está encima de una discoteca o bar (cerca de la gran rotonda que hay). Oíamos mucho ruido a las 3 de la mañana y varias veces nos despertamos, preguntamos al día siguiente pero no estaban dispuestos a cambiarnos la habitación. Por otro lado, tuve una emergencia familiar el último día y tuvimos que irnos antes de lo esperado, con lo que no nos dejaron cancelar esa última noche. Entiendo la política, pero habría esperado que el personal fuese más comprensible, o al menos amable. Por último, el hotel está realmente anticuado en cuanto a muebles, equipamiento de gimnasio, e infraestructura en general. Hemos estado en otros NH Collection tanto de España como de América Latina y este ha sido el más decepcionante de lejos. No está al nivel que te esperarías de un hotel así tanto a nivel de habitación, ubicación y trato personal. Hay opciones mucho más interesantes en Bilbao por este precio.

Bastante céntrico y habitación amplia

Cons:

Necesita, sobre todo en los aseos, una renovación.
La ducha sin presión y la temperatura variable sin tocar el monomando, salía fría o muy caliente .
