Katastrophe, kein Schlaf möglich
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein typisches NH Hotel. Soweit alles gut!

Cons:

Vor dem Hotel versammelten sich große Mengen von jungen Menschen, in kleineren Gruppen, aber verteilt über die Bürgersteige auf beiden Seiten. Angeblich passiert dies insbesondere regelmäßig Donnerstags. An Schlaf ist da nicht zu denken. Ab fünf Uhr ließ der Lärm nach, das Geld zum „schlafen“ war völlig falsch in diesem Hotel ausgegeben.

Good value with easy access to river and museum
Pros:

Super helpful staff and great location allowing easy access to river and museum. In the center of the town providing a vibrant Bilbao vibe.

Cons:

Similar comments as with NH San Sebastián property, would suggest upgrading linen sheets and towels. Otherwise all very nice and clean. Thank you.

Das Hotel besticht mit seiner Lage und dem überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig mit guter Auswahl.

Cons:

Generell ist das Frühstück mit €26 pro Person überteuert, vor allem angesichts der zahlreichen, hervorragenden Frühstücksbars in der nahen Umgebung mit attraktiven Preisen.
