Service let's a nice hotel down
Pros:

Room was spacious and nicely designed. It was also very clean. Liked the Nespresso machine in the room.

Cons:

The service in the restaurant was appalling. The starters arrived before our order for drinks were taken and even then I had to ask. After we finished the starter my plate wasn't cleared before my mains arrived. My husbands plate was cleared but cutlery wasn't replaced and he had to take them off another table. Food wasn't great either. In the bar I had to ask for a slice in my drink. Staff were not trained in the basics

Pros:

Dinner was delicious and breakfast was perfect. The staff were incredible and polite. Definitely recommend for anyone planning on visiting Sligo.
