Pros:

The room was beautiful and spacious and close to the leisure facilities. There were no robes in our room when we entered and a cleaning lady was more than happy to bring them to our room. We checked in earlier than 3om with absolutely no problems also.

Cons:

I was just disappointed there wasn't even one breakfast included in our rate for the price we paid. For alot cheaper the week before breakfast was included for two.

Awesome hotel manned by awesome people
Pros:

Staff were all great and general atmosphere was really good

Cons:

The location is a bit characterless, compared to the town centre. But the hotel itself made up for it easily

Excellent room and facilities. Staff need more support and training.
Pros:

Room itself was excellent - very comfortable. Prefer if a top sheet was on the bed as the duvet was too warm though. Food was very good.

Cons:

Staff need a lot more training on how to interact with customers particularly the cleaning staff and those on the desk at the dining area .

Pros:

A great hotel in Sligo, with amazing bar and restaurant. There is also a gym, swimming pool and jacuzzi, open till 9 pm on the weekdays.
My room was spotless, comfortable, featuring this great Irish decor, as did the whole hotel, actually.
Early afternoon, in the reception area, there was an ice cream cart by Mummy Johnston. 👍
Will definitelly come again.

Cons:

Just a little thing , maybe getting one more coffee machine would prevent this long queue in the morning.

Relaxing, plesent stay
Pros:

Rooms very clean staff very friendly and helpful. Dinner was perfect. Breakfast was nice more selection of breads eggs were out to long.

Cons:

No swimming caps for use of pool. Room was very hot.

A comfortable and beautiful hotel with attentive staff and unforgettable views of the Atlantic coast.
Pros:

Modern and clean with beautiful views our over the coast.

Cons:

Our room was near to the mean entrance door in the corridor which was slamming constantly throughout our final night until about 2am.
