Spacious room, staff are all A1, lovely hotel

Cons:

Room was too warm until maybe midnight.
The shower wasnt straight forward to use. This should be improved.
However both items wouldnt stop me returning due to VFM, really good staff, really nice areas in hotel & a really super nice hotel.

Excellent stay - will be back
Pros:

The staff were lovely. Best reception staff I've come across in any hotel in a long time. Fantastic view from my room(got the first time in my life I got a free upgrade!). Asked for a quiet room, and didn't hear a sound. The little poem left in the room was a lovely touch. Comfortable bed. Amazing shower. Love the voya products. Lovely breakfast. Will be back. Unfortunately didn't have time to use the leisure centre

Bar wad very busy at night so couldn't do cocktails

Pros:

Good staff, great food, lovely room. Very nice hotel for good value. Good coffee machine in the room!

Cons:

Breakfast was okay but not great. Was a very busy during school midterm break so could just be a once off.
