Lovely little hidden gem
Pros:

The room was lovely & clean. The bathroom was spacious with good water pressure in the shower.
We had food in the evening. Four of our group had the mixed grill, however, only one steak was available. They replaced the others with a lamb steak (which was tiny!). We felt it was quite expensive for what you got. One person had the chicken burger, however the fries were cold. They were sent back and came back out literally 30 seconds later, quite obviously microwaved, so much so the person having them burnt the roof of their mouth on them!
Other than that, the food was great.
Breakfast in the morning was delicious apart from the fried egg was a bit "snotty".

Cons:

Food was quite expensive.

location close to coast & a lovely friendly pub
Pros:

Very good value ,room was exceptional.
Have stayed before and the C&H lived up to previous expectations with friendly atmosphere, nice evening meals and brilliant breakfasts.

Cons:

Because of busy road being able to close poorly maintained windows would have alleviated the road noise throughout night.stayed in the big room facing car park & pub.

Was okay, wouldn't stay again
Pros:

It was a decent nights sleep

Cons:

The rooms are a bit dated and not the cleanest. The hotel is very close to a couple of main roads.

Pleasant
Pros:

The pub is very nice
Check in was straight forward

Cons:

Whilst the room was clean the room smelt a bit muggy
I really don't like carpet in a hotel room and the bathroom was very dated

Good overall value for money
Pros:

The location was good for us just a short drive from Fontwell park races.
The twin room was not large but was adequate for our needs and the freshly cooked breakfast was very nice

Cons:

Would have preferred a shower cubicle/bath rather than a wet room which was a little dated.
And the steak pie my son had for dinner was underwhelming although my Mexican fajitas were very tasty.
Windows in our room could not be opened and one of the twin beds was creaky.

Great new build with good adjacent pub.
Pros:

Location a bit awkward on the dual carriageway. Lovely new build with great bedroom, slightly let down by small problems, ie: broken windows catch, broken small flush on loo.
Breakfast was somehow not very tasty & with poor service. Bar staff were great, very friendly. Would come again.
