Pros:

Close to the train station, confortable big bed, kind host.

Cons:

They didn't give soap or shoes for shower, and room with air condition its a big difference in price. No hot water but no needed.

Pros:

Very good place, room is spacious and clean. This is truly unique accommodation, which located near the beach.
Breakfast is with many varieties of local foods and fruits. Best breakfast ever I had in Sri Lanka.
Owner Hansitha is very honest and helpful.
I can recommend this place to travelers who looking for both short & long stays also, because the hotel have everything what you need for long stays.

Sehr komfortabel und gute Lage.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte ein Doppelbett mit bequemer Matratze. Besitzerin Prasanna ist sehr nett und hat mir bei allem geholfen. Es gibt eine Gemeinschaftsküche. Sie können auch den Kühlschrank benutzen.

Cons:

Mir hat alles gefallen.

A precious gem in Hikkaduwa!!
Pros:

Fantastic place with an exceptionally friendly staff. I have stayed in many places in SriLanka and in Asia, in general - but this place is by the far the best place I have stayed in terms of rooms, atmosphere, price and owners. Delicious Breakfast. Very clean rooms and bathroom. I booked a room on ground floor, but the owner allowed me to use the balcony on the top floor. That was a great thing.

If somebody need, you can book rooms and apartments with or without air conditioning if you wish, and you can also book rooms upstairs and downstairs.

This place is truly a gem which very close to the beach.

Pros:

Настоящие хозяева. Хозяин поможет вам в любом случае и даст отличный совет. Отличное расположение с легким доступом к пляжу. Потрясающий завтрак с блюдами Шри-Ланки. Номер удобный с большим матрасом. Ванная комната также чистая и просторная. Вы можете пользоваться горячей водой там, за это нужно заплатить совсем небольшую дополнительную плату. Это прекрасное место очень достойно.

Pros:

Nous poussions avoir de la clim mais finalement nous n'avions qu'un seul ventilateur mural qui était en panne. Nous avons donc dû réclamer un ventilateur à pied qu'on nous a apporté dans la soirée. Attention le propriétaire ne dort pas sur place mais heureusement il est réactif (nous avons dû le contacter par SMS et sur l'application)
