Location
Very close to Eiffel Tower
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The cat - lilly was the highlight of the reception.
The kitchen staff were sloooow and unattentive. The pancake machine was either empty or malfunctioning most times. Very minimal effort from kitchen staff to make sure the spread is filled again or to attend to customers.
excellent location just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower
we had a three night stay and found the facilities perfect everything we could have wanted and the staff were friendly and helpful too
It is a very central hotel to all the tourist attractions. Staff were very eager to help and very friendly. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable.
Clean, safe, charming, great location, staff were super helpful, especially Jean-Claude.
Elevator is small
You can't get a better location than this! Such excellent, friendly staff (especially Jean Claude, he's wonderful), clean rooms and a 5 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower. This is such great value for money and I look forward to staying there again in future!
The breakfast was a little lacking in choice
Location was great ..restaurants near by were good .. hotel breakfast was fair. Has an elevator 👍👍
Hotellet var nära Eiffeltornet!
Personalen var jätte trevliga och hjälpsamma 🙏🥰
It was good location to eiffel tower.
we asked for twin beds and they said they would be fine but when we came to check in it was a double bed despite speaking to them in person that morning. They did sort it out but was a bit annoying.
They also charge to store luggage
