A great central location, with connecting rooms.
Pros:

Location was great in terms of walking distance to many things. Melanie the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly. Our rooms had recently been renovated and the connecting rooms worked well. Could have early check in (€40 charge) and leave luggage all day on departure (€10 charge).

Cons:

Noise from the street over night but to be expected perhaps in centre of Paris.
Hallways and stairways need redecorating- very tired.

Pros:

Some of the staff have been very professional and helpful, while others haven’t been as much helpful. Room was okay, for Paris standards. Near Eiffel Tower, as well as RER. Breakfast was okay, but not worth the money. Coffee and croissants were great.

Cons:

Breakfast was okay, but it didn’t have a lot of choice. Also very unprofessional staff that is handling the messages. Requested a refund for missed breakfast that they assured was not a problem and that we have to go through booking.com and then they ignored the request three times, over a time span of over a month. After that when I contacted them they told me according to booking.com policy that they couldn’t do anything, but after booking.com confirmed that there is not a policy that states that, they told me it was my fault for not changing that up to three days before arriving. It wouldn’t be a problem if they didn’t say that I should request a refund through booking.com and that they would gladly accept.

Fantastic! We will book again here when we return!
Pros:

Location and the staff!!! We had a wonderful stay! Staff are lovely, helpful, and always greeted us with warm smiles and asked if we needed anything. The breakfast options were great!

Cons:

We loved our stay! The only thing worth mentioning is that our room was west facing, so it got very very warm in the afternoon on the beautiful sunny days, but the black out curtains helped! When we book again, we will request a different room to try to avoid the heat.

Muito bom no geral
Pros:

Os atendentes na recepção foram maravilhosos, nos trataram super bem. Quarto confortável. O único detalhe é que o prédio por ser antigo, não cabia duas pessoas com as malas no elevador, precisamos subir separados e com um pouco de dificuldade. Fora isso foi perfeito.

Decent and comfortable stay, A bit on the high side. Super nice location in the Eiffel tower area.
Pros:

Location and walking distance to RER C and Bir Hakeem stations. We like the friendly house cat. East to find on the map.

Cons:

Room is very small (but to be expected in Paris). The hotel is dated and the elevator is small. We could not open our mid size luggage completely. The sink in the bathroom is so small that it does not allow space for a small toiletry bag.
