Property closing - do not opt.
Pros:

Property is about to close and we did not know and hence poor service. The room door did not latch properly. The breakfast was not so good and got finished fast before time.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch worked great for our kids. The breakfast options weren't great- they ran out of English muffins and bagels both mornings we were there and didn't have a lot of other options. Overall experience was good.
