Only ghe bed and netflix in the tv

Cons:

Did not appreciate that we were put in a room overlooking the busiest street in Bacolod with no choice of rooms. The bed was hard like a slab of concrete. Had to ask 3 different staff members for the wifi password bcuz no one knew - kakamangha!!

Convenient location, amenities decent
Pros:

My mom and niece stayed for 2 nights in January and had to adjust my booking to arrive a day earlier (my fault). Unfortunately, Booking.com didn’t allow a simple edit, so I had to cancel and rebook—slightly inconvenient. The place is located right next to Bascon, which is a plus. However, be aware that access involves stairs, which may not be ideal for elderly guests or anyone in heels. The room was okay, but could use a few thoughtful touches to feel more homey. The toilet appeared quite dated and could benefit from a deep clean or an upgrade. There was no breakfast but it was okay because it's right next to restaurants, so I appreciated the location more than the amenities. Overall, the stay was decent primarily because of the convenience of the location.

Cons:

Heater didn't work and it took a while for the contact to message back. Decided to not have it fixed cause it was the tail end of the trip.

Pros:

I liked the size and comfort of the bed

Cons:

There was no hot water in the shower. When you turned on the shower there was a smell of sewer. The toilet seat was loose, and when you opened the toilet lid there was tiny spiders that went running. It was next to the street which was very loud at night.

It was an excellent stay however when laying down in bed the a/c couldnt reach the head area which makes it feel hot
