A stone throw away from Kyoto train station with shopping and food close by, it made our stay very convenient and comfor
Pros:

Close to Kyoto train station, shopping and restaurants accessible, 7-11 shop on the ground floor, gym facilities available, complimentary drinks available at the lobby for guests. Big spacious shower and bathtub!

Cons:

Rooms can be quite noisy with the train passing by and announcements with its close proximity to the train tracks.

Breakfast was fair and good. More variety would be a bonus. Location was excelent in our case important close to the station
