Pros:

Closer to the Shinkansen station.
Very clean and well maintained rooms.

Convenient Location. Good hotel
Pros:

Excellent location opposite kyoto station and limo bus stop from KIX, lots of amenities available, and free drinks at the lobby daily. Breakfast options are too little for the price charged. Charger outlet on right side of bed closer to toilet not working. Hotel this size should have more washing/dryer machines available. Friendly and professional staff. Good cleaning of the room. Loved the stylish pyjamas.

Breakfast options not to the value expected at the price charged. The walkway in the room is too narrow. Not enough washing machines available.
