Good, but expensive.
Pros:

Nice and clean place. Very helpful and friendly staff.
A 7/11 in the 1st floor. Useful laundry service.

Cons:

Location is a bit inconvenient as it would be better on the other side of the station. Not as central as I'd expect for the price.
Breakfast had some decent healthy options, but understaffed and limited food choices.
Room feels a bit tight.

I would definitely stay here again for the convenince to the train station.
Pros:

The room was clean with fridge and daily complimentary water bottles. The shower was excellent and the provided shirt and pants were wonderful to have.
Three washing machines for this hotel seemed to be a good number.

Cons:

One room had no view as it faced a narrow 1m alley but the 2nd room had a view to the train station.

Perfetta scelta per soggiornare a Kyoto
Pros:

Posizione strategica, accanto alla stazione ferroviaria, consente di uscire e prendere il mezzo che serve per girare in città o fare escursioni nei dintorni di Kyoto. Personale cortese, ci ha supportato anche con il servizio di spedizione bagagli verso la meta successiva del viaggio. La colazione a pagamento di discreto livello, non mi sbilancio di più, perchè ripetitiva nei piatti e nella scelta. La camera più grande rispetto allo standard giapponese, silenziosa e comoda (anche il letto).

Great place for your holiday
Pros:

Overall, great place and 5 min walking distance from Kyoto atation. Staff are very helpful, during check in and about amy questions we had to the best of their ability.

Cons:

We loved the self serving ability in the room without having to depend on staff. Room was small bit well laid out and very clean.
