Pros:

コーヒー、ソフトドリンクなどのサービス。
駅からの近さ分かりやすさ。

Cons:

電車の音が気になりました。部屋の清潔感がない。
コインランドリーで終了しているのに取りに来ない人がおり、３０分以上待って諦めました。

プレミアは浴室が特筆です
Pros:

浴槽と洗い場が別なので快適です。ホテルにより入浴剤の有無があります。

Cons:

特にありませんがバスタブカランの下に髪の毛が落ちていたことぐらい。

Pros:

Location was amazing it's right across from Kyoto station! Room and bathroom was nice and clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was okay too!

Barely any flaws - great hotel and stay for the cost.
Pros:

As you’d expect from a Daiwa Roynet - it was a comfortable stay and had everything you’d need to make it a nice stay in Kyoto. The proximity to the Kyoto station is a huge bonus.

Cons:

A little nitpicky however here are a couple of things -

1) AC not as cold as the Daiwa Roynet in Nishi Shinjuku - can get uncomfortable on hot days.

2) Coin Laundry is great however the machines never left my clothes dry, and also cannot use Suica as you can in Shinjuku DR.

3) Elevator stops at 2nd floor no matter what. Not sure why but can get a bit old.

Very clean and spacious rooms.
Pros:

Close proximity to Kyoto main train station and malls. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Amenities and room features are beyond expectations. Very clean and spacious rooms

伊丹空港を利用する場合には最適です
Pros:

京都駅の南、バスターミナルのそばで、関空や伊丹空港へのアクセスも良好、地下鉄京都駅の出口にも近いです

Cons:

最上階、新幹線側を案内されたが、駅の音が夜遅くまで、朝早くからやや気になった

非常棒我以後去京都都會住這邊.
Pros:

我住最貴的房型 房間很大很乾淨,廁所可以兩位大人兩位小孩一起洗澡, 樓下就是7-11飯店有提供很多小嬰兒的補給品. 雖然是在JR站旁邊但是火車的聲音不會很大我住在八樓頂樓是九樓. 火車的聲音會差不多備供氣清淨機的聲音蓋過去.
