Convenient to downtown
Pros:

King bed was very comfortable. The shower was nice with hot water. The hotel was accessible and close to everything.

Cons:

The toilet plugged. There were crushed crackers on the carpet under the table when we arrived. Makes me wonder how much cleaning was done. They were installing carpet in the halls, which we were not aware of, and we woke up to the pounding of them installing the carpet right at our door. Was not able to sleep in after arriving at midnight the night before.

Perfect for our quick stop over during spring break but would definitely book in for a longer trip.

Comfortable but horrible fees
Pros:

Clean comfortable rooms, excellent location

Cons:

Pet fee. I understand you need to charge a fee, but $40 per day??? They did nothing for that. We did not get room service, so did not put anyone out. Many hotels change a set rate, even providing treats for the pet. $40 per day is not acceptable.

Wonderful, hospitable staff, awesome location!!!
Pros:

The breakfast is ok, nothing spectacular. We love the coffee house down the street.

Cons:

Everything was great. She loved your Easter decorations in the lobby and we enjoyed your Happy Hour before dinner. Just one question, I noticed there weren't any towels in the pool area. Are there normally towels there or do we need to bring from the room?

We highly recommend and hope to stay here again!
Pros:

We’ve always wanted to stay here and were so glad we finally had the opportunity. We love the style of the hotel—both inside and out—and the room was beautiful. Everything was clean, quiet, and had a very calm atmosphere. The location is excellent, with great restaurants all within walking distance, and we especially loved the Mule coffee shop. There were wonderful staff members, as they were friendly and professional.

Cons:

We had a positive overall experience. One suggestion for improvement would be a warmer initial welcome from the staff member who greeted us upon arrival. When we saw her again at departure, the interaction was a bit improved.

Clean, spacious, and comfortable
Pros:

The room was super spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent and the location was great!

Cons:

The only issue we had was with the water temperature in the shower-it wasn’t consistent. The evening we arrived, it was only lukewarm but the next morning, no issues.

Everything however they were remodeling the upstairs, painting and removed all paintings etc. they should have not rented the upstairs during remodel.
