I loved its excellent location with a clean room!
Pros:

For a clean, spacious room for a king suite, and the convenient location near lots of fine restaurants to go to.

Cons:

The table and chairs could be arranged in better coordination with the wall-mounted TV

My favorite place to stay when in CA.
Pros:

I have stayed at the Agrarian several times for work and for leisure. Love the location to old Arroyo Grande, easy access to the northbound or southbound 101. You are centrally located between Santa Maria and SLO. 10 minutes to Pismo or Shell beach. Lots of good restaurants with in easy walking distance. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I already have my reservations for my next visit to A.G.

Easy check-in and -out, staff friendly and laid back, complimentary drink during happy hour very pleasant. Our 5yo daughter enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast simple but ok. Nice little restaurants and bars within walking distance, short drive to Pismo Beach.

Cons:

Cleaning staff wasn't very friendly. Pillows a bit hard for my liking.
