My favorite place to stay when in CA.
Pros:

I have stayed at the Agrarian several times for work and for leisure. Love the location to old Arroyo Grande, easy access to the northbound or southbound 101. You are centrally located between Santa Maria and SLO. 10 minutes to Pismo or Shell beach. Lots of good restaurants with in easy walking distance. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I already have my reservations for my next visit to A.G.

Easy check-in and -out, staff friendly and laid back, complimentary drink during happy hour very pleasant. Our 5yo daughter enjoyed the hot tub. Breakfast simple but ok. Nice little restaurants and bars within walking distance, short drive to Pismo Beach.

Cons:

Cleaning staff wasn't very friendly. Pillows a bit hard for my liking.

The location was walkable and the room was great. It was large and had a small balcony t.

Cons:

The large coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area, but there was a Keurig. Just took a little patience for the number of guests having breakfast. Wouldn't keep me from staying again.

A great place to stay if you are enjoying the wine area around Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo.
Pros:

We only were there for one night, but everything was very, very good. The bed was extremely comfortable, the breakfast was excellent and the location fit our needs perfectly.
