This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
I don't remember a breakfast being available but I also didn't try to seek it out. The dinning area was cozy and classy.
The only thing I did not enjoy was the very squeaky stairs. I usually use the stairs instead of an elevator. I just prefer if the didn't announce my movements.
Free Parking
The unit I rented is directly above a cigar bar on the property. The unit smelled of cigars and when the cigar bar was open there was a haze of cigars and when smoke through the entire unit. Complaints made to host were ineffective.
Ease of access to facility and surrounding neighborhood. Room was comfortable and cozy during a very cold spell in January
Gorgeous one-of-a-kind mid 1800’s historic mansion lovingly restored into a boutique hotel by members of an Italian family. They painstakingly and gorgeously decorated each room differently to give them each the look and the feel of the architecture of a different Italian city. Also houses its own fine Italian Restaurant as well as a cigar lounge and club. Very affordable and extremely enjoyable. We’ll be back!!
There was nothing we did not like.
The atmosphere. The hospitality and the cleanliness
That I didn’t know this place existed
The size of the room and the bathroom were great! Somewhat small but we didn't need something massive for our stay. Perfect for just the one night. The building itself was cool and we loved that we had our "own" entrance. The bed was comfortable and I liked the view. I would entertain the idea of coming back in the Spring or Summer to spend some time outside.
Not that we didn't like it, per se, but it was a little awkward needing to walk through the restaurant (partially) in order to get to the room and when leaving. I definitely recommend arriving before the restaurant opens- it would incredibly awkward needing to lug everything in amidst that. There's also a lot of stairs! It gave the vibe of old servant stairs.
Neighborhood Included parking. Spacious. Responsive staff online.
No curtains on some windows. Wifi iffy.
The hotel is new, and the restaurant isn't functioning yet. There are ample breakfast options nearby.
Nothing. The hotel has been stunningly renovated. The rooms are enormous, as are the beds.
The room's entrance hallway could have a brighter light--it's a bit dark when you come in.
It was very noisy at night. We felt like we are party to an all-night brothel. My wife was very uncomfortable in this location.
Beautiful big bath tub. Gas fireplace. Lovely atmosphere. Gorgeous furnishings.
A little noisy at times.
The room was in a beautifully remodeled historic house. The updates to have current amenities without taking away from the original building was very well done.
Love the old home.
Being able to actually talk to a human during check in.
It had the feeling of a charming European Hotel.
Despite the fans, like a European hotel, it was a bit warm in the summer heat.
The hotel was very unique, restaurant was not open the night we stayed, we walked to baseball stadium, got an uber back.
We stayed on the third floor, the air conditioning did not make it up that high, it was extremely warm up there, the lower floors seemed much cooler.Overall a nice place.
