Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house itself is incredibly charming, with so much character and warmth—it felt special the moment we arrived. Our room was beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and feel at home.
The location was just as delightful. The neighborhood is lined with gorgeous trees, perfect for strolling, and filled with wonderful local restaurants that made dining out a treat every evening.
This was truly a memorable stay, and we would happily return.

Cons:

Unfortunately we had an ant problem, but it was fixed quickly.

Pros:

Nice location and beautiful building. The room was pretty and very spacious.

Cons:

The room was nice but it did have a broken couch and the remote did not work properly. I messaged them about the remote but never got a reply.

The location was very good. Lovely neighborhood.

Cons:

Visitors should know there were many steps to get to our unit. We couldn't find anybody to help with entering. The sheets were stained so I slept on a towel as we were so tired upon arrival. It would have been good to have some kitchen supplies....there was only a coffee maker...and 4 paper cups. This unit needs some final touches to make it more comfortable and welcoming. I'd suggest some comfortable chairs and a towel holder near the bathroom sink.
Our unit was above a bar and music was very loud and intrusive. We did get this resolved by talking to a kitchen staff person.

Charming and comfortable establishment in a historic area.
Pros:

The location and facilities. The building is beautiful and my room was very comfortable and had lots of charm. There were plenty of places to eat and a beautiful park nearby where the National Aviary is located.

Cons:

Better instructions on how to use the keypad to unlock the door to my room. A kind staff member demonstrated for me.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Villagio Boutique Hotel! I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Pittsb
Pros:

We went for two nights for an away game. The location was great close enough to walk to the stadium in a quiet neighborhood. There was a great breakfast Spot around the corner. The room was amazing! The bedding was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the bathroom mirror, which was very high. I am short and couldn’t see myself, but it was fine because there was a mirror next to the bedroom. Also I never carry cash and am used to Venmo codes for any cleaning staff.

Nice boutique hotel in Pittsburgh
Pros:

Atmosphere and Bed! Communication is good, staff are very nice

Cons:

Bathroom sink in Siena is cracked. The cold water tap of that sink is very difficult to turn off.

I would have appreciated tea and bottled water in the room. Also the fuse blew in the bathroom in the morning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Villagio hotel & would definitely stay again!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, historic home was spacious & comfortable in a great location for exploring town. Valet staff was very helpful & professional in obtaining our parking pass for us.

Cons:

A few more thoughtful touches like bottled water in the refrigerator and extra tissues (a box in each bedroom), would have been lovely. Our parking pass was also missing from our room when we arrived.

Second stay here and will be my go-to place whenever I am in Pittsburgh !
Pros:

Kitchen was closed but owner made us espressos after we returned from our event ! Love the free parking. Loved the
restaurant.

Cons:

No hook on the inside of the bathroom door lol.
