The room was clean enough. It was very small with all the furniture packed very tightly in it. The sofa sunk down and the TV did not work. The manager came in and had to unplug the TV unplugged it back in. He said they were doing work on the wiring in the building. He offered to have his maintenance man come in and look at it. It never happened.
The next night, a marijuana smell came up through my bathroom and I could smell it coming into the room as I was trying to get to sleep. I called the woman at the front desk and told her. I said it may be coming from across the hall as I smelled it in the stairwell earlier in the day. She knocked on the door and did not follow up with me. She left for her shift and the smell got worse. I called the front desk again with the night shift manager. He came in and verified the smell in my room. He apologized for it. I was going to leave; but he encouraged me to stay and said that he would ask his manager to give me a refund. The next day I complained to the same woman who had checked on the marijuana smell before. She told me that there was nothing she could do because marijuana was legal in the state now. I asked her if the building was a non-smoking building. She said yes, and continued to say that marijuana was legal and she could do nothing about it. I decided to check out and did not stay the third day. I would never stay at this hotel again. The customer service is subpar to say the least and that they would support marijuana smokers to non-smokers is a huge red flag. This tells you a lot about their clientele.
Almost everything needs severe improvement.
Clean and neat, everything was good
Nothing
the 'hotel' was dark gloomy, as if the lights were dimmed 24/7. there is NO HOUSEKEEPING. the owner, Neil, used profanity with aggressive demeanor. I would NOT recommend this place to my WORST ENEMY.
IF YOU ENJOY THE SMELL OF MILDEW CARPETS & ROTTEN FOOD, THIS PLACE IS PERFECT FOR YOU!!!!
Stay away from this dump. Horrible room conditions, dirty stained carpets, bed sheets & linens. The front desk was nonexistent, no housekeeping available. Complete joke of a hotel.
Smelled and no staff
Very nice person on reception !
I have gone to this hotel a few times for business and have been happy. However, this time was different. The place was clean but the overwhelming, pungent odor of cleaning chemical hit you as you walked through the door. It proceeded to get worse in the hallways and the room itself was unbearable. Anyone with allergies and asthma would have a horrible time staying here, even those who don't. I did ask the manager as this was never an issue previously. He said it was the cleaning supplies. While the place is clean, breathing is now important to me. Sadly, I'm not sure if I would return again, as I can't take that risk of the smell still being present. They have to change their cleaning supplies.
We have stayed at this location about 8 times since 2022. The GM Jessica was amazing. the housekeeping staff really take pride in their work and it shows.
There were a couple of front desk staff members there weren't as cheery, helpful and accommodating as the rest. Sadly one of them was the person who makes the breakfasts and the specialty coffees. And some of the facilities are starting to show their age.
That it has a pool although I did not get to go
The ac unit was a bit noisy but nothing major
The rooms were not like the pictures on the site
The room looked very dated and old
Terrible hotel with little to no amenities. Unprofessional staff. The front desk person was wearing sweat pants and a disheveled t-shirt when I walked into the lobby.
