Fantastisch!
Pros:

Het is een prachtig hotel! Hele ontspannen sfeer. Fijne locatie en heel lekker dat je een eigen keuken hebt.

Peaceful, beautiful place with incredible food!

Spacious flat overlooking the pool.

It was also very calm as it was on top of the hill away from crowds. Despite this a short walk down to the beach and you would be within the hustle and bustle so it was perfect.

The grounds were beautifully kept, architecturally pleasing and just gave off a calming vibe.

Last and probably the best part of our stay - the chef, Oti, was UNBELIEVABLE! Made our stay with his food and thoughtfulness - great guy and also was the waiter, bartender, he did it all!

Cons:

Property is a bit tight with offering toilet paper, had to keep same pool and shower towels for the whole stay (9nights) which felt a bit like overkill.

Ideal, well equipped self catering stay
Pros:

The property was really spacious and well equipped. The host was very helpful everyday to phone a taxi and helped us with an early check in due to availability.

Great location and beautiful facility.
Pros:

Immaculately groomed facility and landscaping, secure with 24 hour manned security, 5-6 minute walk to beach and restaurants, shopping etc., attractive modern apartment units with private access.

Apartment suites with great potential but a number of management issues to resolve.
Pros:

Pool was excellent, subbed comfortable. Size of accommodation good. Bar staff friendly. Gardens lovely.

Cons:

The kitchen was very poorly equipped - 4plates, 4mugs and plastic glasses plus cutlery but no tea spoons, cooking equipment. We did wonder why you needed a dishwasher as there was nothing to put in it!
Apartments were not cleaned whilst we were there. Random changes of towels.
The double bedrooms in both apartments looked onto a brick wall and apartments were dark.
Grounds at night were dark and in some areas dangerous due to being unlit. We couldn’t understand why as there were large lights but they were not on.

Pros:

Loved the property. Like the face that we had a good kitchen and balcony was a good size.
My only negative is that they don’t offer a courteously room for guests that have late flights so we used the shower by the pool.
On the whole it was a great place to stay.

Fantastic stay a stone's throw away from Bitez beach
Pros:

The room was very spacious for two, the balcony view was lovely but what stood out was probably the pool area, situated at the centre of the hotel - it is stunning. The staff were also incredibly attentive and kind. The additional food and drinks we ordered from the hotel menu was tasty too.

Cons:

The only thing I would feedback for improvement is having a more diversified breakfast offering. We were there for breakfast 5 times but would have loved a bit more variety as it became a bit of the same after a while.
