Good for the bucks.
Pros:

It's great. First day unfortunately we are welcome by cocroach walking around. After that no more.
The AC blowing straight to the bed so it became freezing overnight.

Budget hotel, value for money. small rooms but comfortable bed. Has a lift was great.

Bathroom was small but clean, hot shower.

Great place to stay for a night or 2 if you need to be close to Sunway Mall.

Some shops and local eateries within walking distance.

Well I guess overall I can say the room was just nice & comfortable,only thing I was disappointed is the air cond which had some issues with the filter,the hotelier could have considered to move or change me to a different room.

MM Hotel one night stay
Pros:

The room was small, the pillows and bed were comfortable. No breakfast is provided but there are some coffeeshops near the hotel. Hotel staff were polite. If you need anything, just let them know. The Sunway Lagoon is within walking distance from the hotel.
