Rooms need refurnishment, for available public parking you need to book in advance, no valet, money-value ratio is low. You pay 700 Eu just for location and view.

Bad og toalett var på 2 forskjellige rom i hver sin etasje. Ingen vask på toalettet.

В готелю прекрасна локація, але сам готель потребує реновації, як на мене це оверпрайс за такі умови.
Pros:

Комфортний готель із чудовою локацією. Різноманітні сніданки.

Cons:

Наповнення номерів дуже просте, меблі втомлені місцями із слідами фарби. 1 безкоштовна вода в номері, решта за гроші.

The room that we were given overlooked the Jardin du Massena, the Le Negresco hotel and had side sea view. Good location. Staff was always ready to help and answer questions. Clean rooms.
