Terrible staff and they did not give us the queen rooms we had paid for in our reservation. Would never recommend this h

Location was good.

Cons:

The staff gave us a double beds even though our reservations was for queen size beds and we had paid for it. The staff lied and said we don’t have queen bed rooms as we have over sold. The second night the air condition was leaking water from ceiling and they refused to change our room and treated us very badly. It was a horrible experience and the staff were just awful.

格式ある落ち着きのあるホテルである。4階からのオーシャンビューは最高に良かった。

Absolutely Beautiful + Excellent, Professional & Helpful Staff
Pros:

The entrance to The Hotel West End is absolutely stunning. The hotel is not only well maintained, it is truly beautiful. The staff were attentive, professional and helpful to us and to each other. The breakfast buffet was no different. There were numerous choices, and it was well stocked and efficiently maintained. It definitely satisfies all kinds of taste and dietary needs. The restaurant staff are equally professional. The dining room is lush and green with a view of the sea-–an absolutely beautiful experience. Our “Classic” room, though it could definitely use a decor refresh, was clean, comfortable and easily accessible by elevator or stair. The location of the hotel could not be better—right across the promenade to a perfect spot on the beach. We had an excellent time in your truly beautiful city and your hotel had no small part in providing an excellent experience. Thank you!

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. We stayed in a corner suite during our honeymoon and were welcomed with chocolates, which was a thoughtful touch. The beach club discount through the hotel was a great perk, and overall we had a wonderful stay enjoying both the property and the surrounding area.

Cons:

The main issues were with basic room maintenance and housekeeping details. The sink was backed up when we arrived and required a service call. We also had to request additional toilet paper after our room was cleaned because none was replenished. Additionally, the shower gel dispenser was not full at the start of our stay, and when we requested a refill near the end of our trip, it was never addressed. None of these issues were major on their own, but they were surprising oversights for an otherwise lovely hotel.

Çok geç check in yapabiliyorsunuz. Otele 15.30 da giriş yapabileceğimiz söylendi erken giriş için çok önce haber vermemize rağmen. Odalar hazır olduğunda telefonla aranacağımız söylendi 18.30 da halan aranmamıza rağmen otele giriş için gittiğimizde oda tesliminde yanlışlık yaşadık. İçerisi dolu olan bir odanın anahtarı bize teslim edilmişti. Odaya girdiğimizde içeride başkaları vardı. Bu arada odaları sizden sabah 11.00 de geri teslim almak istiyorlar. Odada banyoda çöp yoktu. Ek yatak koydukları yan küçük alan depo gibi camı kapısı olmayan bir alandı. Otelin personeli oldukça soğuk ve eğitimsizdi.

4-denní pobyt byl velice krásný a určitě se sem chci vrátit.
Pros:

Snídaně byly plně dostačující a chutné. Hotel má výbornou polohu.

Cons:

Na pokoji v noci vrčela klimatizace z důvodu zřejmě špatného ložiska větráku v klimatizaci. Po reklamaci nám pokoj ráno bez problému vyměnili. Přes silnici je již promenáda s veřejnou pláží, kde bohužel lehátka jsou za poplatek 80 eur na den. Toto je přemrštěná cena, ale hotel za toto nemůže.

Cons:

Huone ei vastannut ennakko odotusta. Lievä kosteuden tuoksu wc / suihkutilassa. Lattiakaivo tukossa tai vetää todella heikosti. Korroosio vaurioita kalusteissa ja vähän rempallaan / irtonaisia.
