If ice was needed they make you come to lobby and get it or they transfer you to no answer
Lovely reasonably priced hotel in Nice
The location and friendly staff is the only plus of staying here
Cleaners do a good job but overall outdated and dirty. Hairdryer fell on the bathroom sink by itself once and it’s one of those that turns on automatically so this is a huge fire hazard. Walls are also paper thin so you can hear everything. Security in the lift is non existent so anyone can make their way up the lift and the stairs. Room had no conditioner and very little shampoo but reception did give me a bottle of shampoo when I asked for the second time if it could be refilled.

Chambre avec vue fabuleuse sur les jardins du palais massena, le Negresco et la mer. Très grande courtoisie du personnel de l’hotel. Prêt d’une scie à bois (oui, j’avais besoin d’une scie à bois pendant mon séjour et la concierge de l’hôtel a fort gentillement mis un outil à ma disposition…).
Un peu surpris par l’agencement de ma salle de bain (de toute évidence parfaitement adaptée pour une personne handicapée… mais qui peut surprendre quand on ne s’y attend pas).
Das Frühstück, 😭 in Frankreich kaum Käse und der dann von minderen Qualität Keine frischen Früchte ….
The room was lovely and big with spectacular views over the sea
The housekeeping was poor. One day they did t service the room. When told there were no apologies. Also no service in the afternoon except the first day which wasn’t needed given I had only checked in
