Un alloggio scarso, maleodorante, non adatto neppure per gli studenti figuriamoci a chi si aspetta un 3 stelle come indicato erroneamente sul sito. No biancheria: ci hanno detto che non la cambiavano. No pulizia: si doveva pagare 15 £ extra per ogni pulizia. No letto matrimoniale: vi era un letto di una piazza e mezza attaccato al muro; quindi chi doveva scendere dal letto doveva per forza scavalcare chi stava a fianco. No prodotti da bagno: bisognava chiederli ogni volta e ne fornivano solo per una persona. Al nostro arrivo la doccia era piena di capelli... quindi pulizie di inizio: zero. La scrivania era in condizioni pessime. la moquette era sporca e maleodorante. Quel che è peggio: hotels.com dopo averlo chiamato 3 volte si è completamente disinteressato di noi lasciandoci in balia degli eventi. Dopo aver promesso di contattare la struttura e farci sapere... ancora sto aspettando la risposta. Comunque le ultime 2 notti le abbiamo trascorse in altro hotel pagando di tasca nostra ovviamente. La struttura ci ha promesso un rimborso per le ultime notti che sto ancora aspettando. Spero che Hotels.com ci aiuti almeno in questo.

At the end of the day this place isnt a hotel, its Student Accomadation so don't go expecting the hotel experience as you will be left dissappointed. I would recommend splurging a bit of extra cash and get a real hotel/some place better but if you must stay here then I would limit the amount of time spent there.

Detta kan knappast klassad för hotell. Det du får är ett ytterst litet studentrum i en studentkorridor.

Entrén var dåligt skyltad och det tog en stund att finna den (samlokaliserat med ett studentboende).

I det första rummet som jag tilldelades var sängen obäddad och skräp låg såväl på skrivbordet som i det lilla badrummet. När jag påtalade att det var oacceptabelt och att jag ville byta rum inspekterades rummet av personen i receptionen. Personen undrade om det verkligen var så illa, varpå jag insisterade att få byta rum givet de använda sängkläderna. Därefter blev jag tilldelat ett annat rum. Detta rum var något bättre städat men långt ifrån tillfredsställande. På det stora hela var rummet klaustrofobiskt och slitet. Det saknades såväl TV som AC. Vidare saknade duschen munstycke och varmvatten.

Rummet var lyhört och andra gäster i korridoren festade och störde. Jag fick intrycket att det var i huvudsak gäster i 20-årsåldern. Vidare blev jag störd mitt i natten av att receptionisten, eller ”security”, knackade på dörren för att höra om det fanns någon kvarglömd väska i rummet som någon tidigare gäst hade glömt.

Även om priset verkar vara relativt lågt för att vara centrala Bristol kan jag inte rekommendera någon detta boende. Lägg till en liten slant och bo på ett riktigt hotell istället.

Big room like for thi price, quite comfortable, big dabble bed only issue mattress with old stains and room waith little bad smell.

This place is a complete shambles. We got to the room and door lock wasn’t working. We got into our room eventually and it was filthy. Dirty, used towels on the bathroom floor which were damp and covered in make up. The bed sheets had blood on them and had not been changed. The bed was not made. There was rubbish on the floor and there were used, empty shower gel sachets in the bathroom. The shower was really dirty. The shower didn’t work properly either. We politely asked the staff if they could service the room whilst we were out. The said they would do it by the time we returned. We got back at 1am and nothing had been done. We had to sleep on the bed with no sheets and we couldn’t shower before we left. It was atrocious
