I was on the 9th floor so the trains below did not disrupt me but could be a problem on lower floors.

Sehr nah zur City u.a. mit der Fähre, toller Blick auf die City inkl. HB. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut und ausgesprochen reichhaltig, Zimmer groß und gut ausgestattet, der Blick auf die Skyline Sydneys im Frühstücksraum ist fantastisch wirklich!
Leider ist die Reinigung der Zimmer nicht besonders gut, einmal wurde die Reinigung vergessen, auch wird nicht immer der Teppich gesaugt und das Bad nicht gereinigt, die Tiefgaragentür geht quasi gar nicht ohne telefonische Hilfe und die Garage ist sehr niedrig, Parken kostet leider echt viel, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Cityblick dafür aber die größte Kreuzung Sydneys daher sehr laut auf unserer Seite, die Bahn fährt unter dem Hotel durch das hört man auch im 13. Geschoss sehr gut noch und beim Frühstücken wackelt alles (war aber nicht so schlimm), dafür auch insgesamt etwas teuer

Beautiful views of Lavendar Bay and the Harbour Bridge. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious, and very well priced. Harbour views from the restaurant, too. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. Very close to North Sydney Station, and a short (but steep) walk to the Milson’s Point Ferry Wharf.
Carpeting on the ground floor is in a very poor state, and looks terrible, even in the restaurant area. It urgently needs replacing.

Amazing service. Clean. Comfortable. Great view. The only downside is it's above a train line. It's noisy and the building vibrates. Ear buds provided if you are a light sleeper. I didn't notice it during the day. My other half was totally oblivious to it.
