Fantastic views over the harbour. Clean, not too busy or crowded, easy to access from train, friendly staff. Nice food that was well priced on the Anzac Special at LB’s Restaurant. Really nice buffet breakfast. A lovely note and chocolates gifted in our room for our special celebration.
Carpet in the hall access to the function rooms was in poor condition. Our room wasn’t serviced until quite late in the day, but understandable because it was a public holiday.
Great view. Very good room. Helpful staff. A very friendly little bar and restaurant.

The location and all the staff we had contact with were excellent. It was great value for money.
Only issue was that the plug in the bath did not work.
The view from our room was spectacular!! The staff (VY and Daniel) at the check in desk were so helpful and accommodating!

Very comfortable and conveniently located hotel at a great price. The view from our skyline room was stunning. The variety and quality of breakfast buffet was great, and the special menu dinner was excellent value. Loved this North Sydney location - Very close to the metro train and local bus stops (couple of minutes); Short walk to Lavender Bay and Luna Park.
It wasn’t a major issue for us, but be aware of the noise of suburban trains that pass directly by the hotel.
Everything was perfect, the staff is amazing, the view was fantastic. I was on the 12th floor and didn`t hear a single noise from the train, so it was really all good.
