The view was fantastic. The location was excellent with metro was very close and lots of restaurants. Lovely walk down to Lavender Bay and ferry to Circular Quays.

The view and the location. Very easy to get to city center and main atractions by bus and or train. Breakfast was great, eggs benedict bar was delicious

Great Location, Thoroughly Recommended
Pros:

The location was perfect, the meals were delicious (we had breakfast every day and dinner twice). The view of Sydney Harbour Bridge was amazing at night as was the view at breakfast. The staff were unfailingly pleasant, helpful and courteous and we actually enjoyed the sound of the trains going under the hotel. The hotel is a short walk from the Bridge and we would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The first impression of the room was that it was a bit basic and could do with a refurb. That said, it was very clean and the bathroom seemed more recently done. It had a large shower with a toilet and basin. There were tea and coffee facilities and large fluffy white towels. There was also a safe and an ironing board.

I wouldn’t stay here if it was free.

The view and the bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was located above a railway line where the trains ran every few minutes from 4am to 01:30. The noise was so loud that it shook the room even when moved to a higher level 11, the noise was incredibly loud. We were unable to get any sleep.
The staff were aware of the problem and said everyone says the same thing.
I cannot believe that the hotel is advertised for 330 aus dollars per night. It is criminal!
There should be a clear warnings about the noise levels they are so significant.
