Quick convenient stay in North Sydney for a special event
Pros:

Big comfortable bed
Views from the room - we seem to have been allocated the train spotters room with a view right up the train line, but beyond that we could also see the harbour bridge.
Sunset drink in the courtyard while admiring the harbour view
Flexibility with the parking - being able to leave the car for a couple of hours past check-out time.

Cons:

Not being able to dine in the restaurant due to it being “full” due to a group booking. We wandered around to McMahons Point and had a delightful meal at the Thai restaurant there instead (Chedi Thai).
We were on Level 3 so the rumbling of the trains is quite noticeable, but didn’t interfere with sleeping.

weekend stay to attend a conference at same location.
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful. I room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The location was perfect and many shops/eateries close by. Also very easy access to public transport. The general vibe was pleasant and good quality

Cons:

The traffic noise was fairly substantial. even when windows closed.

Beautiful, relaxing great location
Pros:

I emailed the property to ask for a room upgrade for my friend who was meant to travel with us, they not only gave her an upgrade but us also, unfortunately she was not well enough to travel but the effort made by the staff did not go unnoticed.

Brief stay with a lovely view.
Pros:

The gorgeous view and the neighborhood the desk staff were very kind and helpful! Excellent service.

Cons:

The room wasn’t cleaned very well. For the price it’s very old furnishings in the room. The lobby was great.
The restaurant food is not good. They need to really make it better.
