コスパ最高
Pros:

家族5人で2泊させて頂きましたがコスパがよく、
ちょっと歩けば何でもあり大変立地も良かったです。

Cons:

あえて言うならネトフリなど見れたらもっと良かったです。

在福岡市區來說，這樣的公寓民宿Cp值很高，便宜的房價、完備的廚房設施、浴室有溫控浴缸、還有洗衣機能洗衣，更利害的是...浴室還有烘衣功能，真的太棒了～～對2大人2小孩的小家庭來說，住宿空間非常足夠，床也非常好睡，環境乾淨整潔、夜晚很安靜，最重要的是，地理位置相當完美，在天神南站附近，要逛地下街或百貨公司或是唐吉訶德本店，都在附近而已～～

入住：雖然入住時間為 17:00 但中午 12:00 就可以先放行李進房間。
停車：旁邊有附兩個免費停車位，採先搶先贏，如果真沒停到對面也有收費停車場。
整體而言對於小家庭非常方便，室內有一間客廳(內有一張四人餐桌、液晶電視、加濕器、冷暖氣機、一張沙發床)、一間小廚房(內有微波爐、小烤箱、電熱水壺、IH 爐、流理臺、洗碗精、洗碗海綿、抽屜內有各種餐具與刀具、砧板)、一間大臥室(內有兩張雙人床、冷暖氣機)、一間獨立廁所(內有除臭噴霧)、一間盥洗室(內有鏡子、抽屜內有吹風機、洗衣機附洗衣精)、一間浴室(內有浴缸)。

Cons:

1) 希望可以附手持吸塵器，因為住個幾天地板難免會有一些小灰塵。
2) 希望可以附鍋具，廚房抽屜內有看到鍋蓋但沒看到鍋子，不確定是不是漏了？
3) 床頭有插座但置物空間不足，手機充電會沒地方放。
