Pros:

CP值很高 空間大 地點很方便，搭公車逛街都很順

Cons:

床真的不太好睡⋯ 雖然每天都很累可以一下子就入眠，但是隔天起來腰酸背痛 而且床會有異音 同行的翻身有時候會被吵到

とにかくチェックインが大変だった
Pros:

コンビニや飲食店が近いなど立地が良く、清潔に保たれていて気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。キッチンまわりの設備も充実していて便利でした

Cons:

チェックインの仕方がわかりにくい。
何故か事前チェックインのリンクが表示されず、何度もメールのやり取りをさせられた。もう少しガイドを充実させた方が良いと思う。
チェックイン作業をするエントランスのタブレットが電源が入らなかったり、事前チェックインのメールが届いていなかったりと、色々イレギュラーがあったので、随分焦らされた。
タブレットの横にも、説明書やトラブル対応のパンフレットを置くべき。

宿泊者の個人情報を詳細に書かなければならないのに少し抵抗があった。こういった形式の宿泊施設では仕方ない事なのかと思いはするが、事前説明があると良い。

あと、重要なメールがどれだったかわからなくなるのも地味に不便だった。

住宿環境整潔乾淨、有廚房及洗衣機可以使用、床鋪舒適、週圍環境生活機能充足、鄰近的景點及知名餐廳用散步前往更能欣賞在地特色。
