is is not a hotel!
Pros:

This is not a hotel, but merely student accommodation rented out during summer holidays!!!
This should be clearly indicated, because when you arrive, you naturally look for a hotel sign, and of course you will not find it!
The standard is quite low compared to a regular hotel; the only good thing being the convenient location close to the station and city centre.

Pros:

Was adequate and cheap. However I was puzzled by the complimentary sachets of tea and coffee. There was a kettle in the kitchen but absolutely no crockery/ mugs so useless.

Pros:

When we first arrived we were told that we couldn't park in the grounds and we would have to go and find alternative parking. Then we were given our room to which we found the floor and side top to be covered in dead flies and wasps! As a housekeeper myself I find this a sheer lack of care and pure laziness. The guy at reception was very nice though and did give us a different room which was immaculate. But for £70 a night you would expect that the rooms would be at least clean on arrival. All in all I was disappointed and it has put me and my partner off staying here again!

Pros:

Pretty central, very close to the train station. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. The rest of the room was ok.
