5월1일 예약하루를 하는데 처음에 예약을 한곳에서 일방적취소를 했다는 연락까지 받은건 좋았습니다. 그리고 재조치를 해준것도 좋습니다.

근데 당일 저녁에 재조치를 받은 곳에서 체크인을 하려했는데 방이 만실이 됬다고 저한테 얘기를 한거겁니다. 호텔측에서 호텔닷컴에 만실상황을 얘기했는데 저한테 연락없고 재조치를 못해준 부분에 황당합니다 해외에서 이런일이 당했으니 결국은 보상이 리워드 쿠폰 제가 당했던 상황은 어떻게 보상할겁니까? 야밤에 방없다고 다른데 알아보시라고 이런경우 어딨습닏까 저는 돈이 중요하다고 생각하지 않습니다 저는 저 상황에 매우화가 납니다 환불은 당연히 해야하지만 저는 그 상황에도 대해서 보상을 누가 어떻게 해줌니까?
