Pros:

Прекрасный вид с террасы на крыше - из-за него и забронировала. Номер небольшой, но аккуратный, есть чайник, холодильник, кондиционер, всё исправно работает.

Cons:

Туго открывалась дверь на террасу, очень огромные подушки на кровати (пришлось докупить себе маленькую). До трамвая идти вверх - мне норм, но может быть не удобно, если с маленькими детьми или пожилыми людьми.

Все понравилось. Убирали каждый день и приносили чистые полотенца. Удобная кровать. Удобное месторасположение. Все достопримечательности рядом. С террасы красивый вид на море. Хозяин приветливый.

Great location, great host, great local food but a bit noisy and steep.
Pros:

The location is great, very close to 2 of the cheapest restaurants in the area with great food, at walking distance from shops, mosques, the sea, grand Bazar. The host was amazing, very nice and wholesome guy.

Cons:

The noise was a bit much sometimes, especially from the local neighbourhood. You have to climb a little bit, to get to town, streets are quite steep.

In general very good. I am very happy with what I got.
Pros:

The location is fantastic and the hotel is simply amazing. The terrace on the top floor itself is a lot of value granted to us for free. It is nice and clean, and it is a whole lot better than a lot of hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul.

Cons:

There is no breakfast, but that is fine. Climbing up and down the stairs outside(not inside, the inside is the same as anywhere) can be pretty difficult with suitcases.
