Pros:

La camera con vista lago ha una visuale bellissima. Ampia e confortevole dotata di tutto. Bagno ampio. Colazione molto varia. L'hotel è molto comodo per raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi il centro. Diversi parcheggi a pagamento disponibili nelle vicinanze.

Cons:

Alcuni dettagli del bagno erano un po' usurati o ingialliti. Nulla di particolare comunque.

Auf Sauberkeit sollte etwas mehr geachtet werden leider auch defekte Gegenstände die man leicht reparieren könnte .
Fettfinger auf Spiegel und Türschloss ausgerissen !
Im Gang türstopper defekt und auch da waren kotzflecken an der Wand

Tolles Frühstück, gute Lage, sehr sauber. Gute Ausstattung in der Lobby & co

Cons:

Sehr dreckige Schreiben - Blick nach außen nicht gut, Bügeleisen kaum zu gebrauchen, Kissen zu weich. Seeblick-Zimmer unterschiedlich trotz gleichem Preis: Teilweise mit Balkon - teilweise ohne - unfair.

Not very happy - customer service was poor; perhaps because the hotel was inundated with graduating students.
Cons:

No onsite parking and the staff were absolutely unhelpful in explaining where outside parking is and how to use it - maybe have an information sheet with instructions on the closest parking garage - just a common sense suggestion.

Hotel molto bello e moderno. Camera ampia. Ottima colazione con molta scelta.

Cons:

Abbiamo chiesto più volte la colazione da portare via poiché dovevamo partire alle 5 del mattino. Siamo stati più volte rassicurati che l’avremmo trovata e invece alle 4.30 non era stata fatta poiché la cucina se ne era dimenticata. I receptionist hanno comunque cercato di soddisfare la richiesta (nonostante qualche mia insistenza) ma rimane il fatto che da un hotel a 4 stelle S non me lo sarei mai aspetta.
