The One Nighter
Pros:

Needed a room for 1 night, right near the Esplanade for a running event Sunday morning and was so surprised I was able to get a room. It sorted my needs greatly.

All I can say is this one nighter gave us some beautiful and special memories.

I would definitely book again and extend my stay.

Cons:

Nothing, to be honest, the fire alarm went off just after midnight but that was handled well by the staff. False alarm and we got back to our room in less than 15mins.

Location is very good,clean property and the moment you step into the foyer area its just very welcoming

Cons:

No bottled water in the room,aircon centrally controlled and can be cold at times

Perfect location, lovely staff, great pool area.
Pros:

We loved the location, was easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Great coffee place just behind on Mitchell St and stones throw from car rental. Excellent playground directly across the street. Pool was lovely and refreshing and not too crowded, good quality buffet with a couple changes each day, could order food and drink for by the pool, staff were so lovely and friendly!

Cons:

Our house keeping was never was quite right, water bottles weren’t replenished, kept taking towels and only leaving two even though we had two adults and two children in the room, felt like a little more care could’ve been taken. Room is a bit tired but not really an issue and is reflected in the great price.

Such a great staycation option for our family.
Pros:

The room was very comfortable, clean, and homey. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean and modern (loved the products also), and we loved the view from our little balcony. Staff were lovely and very helpful, loved that I could walk downstairs and get a coffee from the Cafe, and the kids loved that they could have a swim right after their buffet breakfast. Great variety at breakfast and the kids loved the pancake machine :)

Cons:

Service at breakfast was a little slow; had to ask a few times for self serve coffee machine to be refilled. Otherwise our stay was great.

It was enjoyable with friendly staff.
Pros:

Staff were well mannered and very attentive. Special mention to Dee - Manager. Although paid for upgrade, the view was worth it. Location to the GleNTi festival was great and walking distance to the CBD was good

Cons:

No Wi-Fi. Hot water took more than 5 minutes to come, which was very annoying. Dee tried to make up for it by providing some drinks vouchers - for which we were very appreciative. For a very good hotel, we did not appreciate only having single ply toilet paper.
