Everything! from the moment we got there. We were assigned a room on the 9th floor with ocean views. Spectacular. (Complimentary of the hotel). Even with the rain. Georgous room and Georgous views. 10/10.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The staff were polite and friendly, which is worth acknowledging.

However, I left my belongings in the room and contacted the front desk immediately after checking out to ask for help. Can you guess how long it took them to look for an item that was still in the room? Five full days.

I called the hotel every day for five days. Each time, I was told someone would call me back, but no one ever did. In the end, I was simply told that the item could not be found — a conclusion that somehow took five days to reach.

By that time, I had already driven from Darwin back to Sydney. While the staff were friendly, there was clearly no proper or systematic process in place to handle this kind of situation.

Nice clean hotel close to shops and restaurant. Room was comfy and had amenities we were after (eg small fridge, kettle etc)

Cons:

We went for happy hour but had to pay normal price

Stay and live like royalties 😊
Pros:

The friendly and professional employees greeting and serving you on entry, the freshness, cleanliness of the establishment which continued i to the spacious bedroom and king-size bed. The view was also georgous. The fill buffet breakfast did not dissapoint. We can't wait to xime back. It is just 💯😊

Cons:

Just not sure of the TV control was malfunctioning, but we still managed to entertain ourselves with movies. But that did not disappoint at all.

Lovley as always. Always keen to rebook here.
Pros:

Always love staying here, room is amazing, always so clean and has the most comfortable king bed. Would recommend getting breakfast included as they have a wide spread of tasty options .
