The staff good and the hotel was pleasant!

The location was fantastic!

Cons:

Unfortunately the balconies on the rooms were unable to be used . They were not big enough to sit on during the beautiful weather !!

Would definitely stay again
Pros:

We liked the location on the esplanade, which allowed us to walk to restaurants and the main area of the Darwin CBD. The view from our room was great. (sea view), and large with very comfortable beds. We had breakfast included and the options were varied. The pool area was lovely.

Cons:

If I was forced to be picky the balconies are small, you can't sit out and enjoy the sunset.

Location is great
Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices Breakfast staff helpful.

Cons:

Pool area not cleaned while I was there
Pool table tops appeared dirty and surrounds apparently unswept whilst I was there.
Room servicing/ cleaning didn’t match the high price paid for the room

Amazing hotel and will definitely be staying here again.

For a Hilton Hotel I expected a little more
Pros:

Nice foyer and restaurant to walk into. Staff very helpful and friendly. Clean and comfy beds.
Easy free parking in open air carpark in a great location.

Cons:

But then you get in/out of the lifts going to hotel rooms and you can tell you’re in an old building that has been partially done up. Balcony felt too scary to stand on, water pressure just dribbled out. Carpet looked dated. Overall it was clean and comfortable but could possibly find nicer.
