Convenient to airport
Clean. Lots of room. Great beds and pillows so very comfortable. Location great for flying. Shuttle service. Food ok. Staff were great.
A bit dated. Curtains didn't block all the light. No one responded to WhatsApp to be picked up from the airport. Couldn't screen share to TV.

The check in was fantastic. Isabella was lovely and very efficient in her job. I was in my room in less than 10 minutes.
I did not not like anything during my time there but the room was feeling a wee bit tired.

There was a constant buzzing / air con/ heating pump sound that kept me awake. Very disappointing as I needed to sleep prior to a 15 hour flight

Shuttle bus was convenient getting to and from the airport; the room was clean and adequate for a stopover; the restaurant on the premises made things easier
Not seniors friendly - the old style bathroom with a shower over the bath, and no handle to get in and out safely was disappointing. Also, nowhere to lay out the luggage at waist height, other than on the desk or the bed (but one doesn't want to fully unpack when leaving the next morning)
