The convenience of location did not outway the shortcomings of the hotel. We wont be back..
Pros:

The staff were friendly enough, though they gave us a late checkout and did give us adjoining rooms.

The bed and pillows were good.

Cons:

A family of 5 travelling from overseas with a young family, long flight arriving after 11pm... With alot of luggage, exhausted we had to hump the luggage to our room, their trolley barely fit in the lift, adding a person made things even more challenging. The staff there didn't lift a finger to help when arriving or departing. The place was not busy, just not interested in customer service, I guess.

The curtains unfortunately don't keep out the morning light to any degree. And the shower in our room was spoilt so v difficult to shower holding the dodgy hose. 70's bathroom..

The proximity to the terminal.

Cons:

No changing points. We had an Australian plug charger which we bought with us as we are from the UK. It's a good job we did.

Pros:

Super welcoming staff. Kid also got a small notebook and grayolas to spend time. Well equiped room. Enough space for 4. Bathroom had normal door and walls! Needs a bit refreshing already but in general was good stay.

Pros:

After a long flight from Dublin to Melbourne via Zurich and then Hong Kong and then questioned by Border Force, I was ready to go for a well earned sleep.

Cons:

No I liked staying at the Hotel.

The location makes it an easy start to your holiday.
Pros:

We had to catch an early flight so decided to stay at the airport. The hotel is very clean and rooms are comfortable. We had food at drinks in the bar. We can thoroughly recommend the food, and the staff were very attentive. Special thanks to Ibby at reception. No request was too hard. We recommend this hotel.

Functional but not as we had hoped
Pros:

Location, quiet in terms of other guest noise.

Cons:

Whole complex and rooms were tired. We were in a room under the roof and got the constant very loud hum of the air conditioners all night.
