Won't be booking at that hotel again.
Pros:

Location was perfect for where we wanted to go.

Cons:

The room smelled musty and like smoke. This was supposed to be a non smoking room. We asked the staff for room spray which helped a little.
The breakfast staffer was rude. Yes, I take full responsibility for getting down there just at closing time. We had pulled in at 11:30 the night before. We grabbed a couple of slices a toast and made sure to get out of her heavy sighing, hand on hip, grumbling self's way. Over all I feel that we spent too much on the room. The repairs made were cheaply done and half assed. The electrical outlet in the bathroom did not work in 109. Just an FYI. Really not happy with the whole room experience. Note: There was a cleaning lady that gave us a new blow dryer because we thought it was the blow dryer that did not work. I ended up plugging in around the corner at the sink and pulling the cord in to the bathroom so I could see to do my hair.

A comfortable room with no issues.
Pros:

The rooms were clean, comfortable and recently updated. The staff was accommodating locating my daughter's family nearby our room. It was easy to request early check-in via text for $20. The location was good for our needs.

Cons:

The included breakfast was pretty minimal. We decided not to take advantage. Not really an issue but the outside facade was being worked on (painting, etc) so parking areas were briefly affected by equipment.

Pros:

The bananas, which were almost completely brown, were left there for two days, and the coffee was served in an old-fashioned thermos that looked like it was from the 1960s. The only reasons I gave this place an average rating were that the disposable dishes were well organized and the female front desk staff member was very friendly.

Cons:

I chose this inexpensive place for a business trip, thinking I only needed somewhere to sleep, but I deeply regretted it. The cleanliness was extremely poor. The clothes hangers were covered in dust, so I had to wipe them down myself before hanging up my clothes. The window frames and the shelf above the headboard were also thick with dust. Unfortunately, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone I know.

I would not stay at this hotel chain again.
Cons:

The breakfast was bad and there wasn’t enough food and juice. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food also.

The hotel did not smell good. I thought the hotel would be more appealing and nicer than it was.

The location and they were trying to renovate it.

Cons:

With the renovation it wasn’t done properly. The only outlet in our bathroom was behind a new mirror which there was no way to use the outlet. To blow dry or curl my hair I had to go out in the room and there was no mirror. You could hear people in the hall at night so not ideal. Breakfast had lukewarm warm coffee and no fresh fruit and besides bananas which were in the fridge. Even though they are attempting renovations it’s very poorly done.
