Pros:

Los asesores muy antiguos súper lentos el comedor muy pequeño para la demanda el baño que me toca algo dañado el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.
Hay que mejorar esas cositas 8 de 10.

Très bien situé, idéal pour famille. Ne pas avoir d’attente trop élevées. C’est un bon hôtel moyen.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Plein centre et proche du métro. Rue calme durant les travaux :)

Cons:

Globalement assez défraîchi. Draps pas super propres mais pas gênant. Le petit déjeuner est appréciable mais très limité et la salle n’est pas dimensionnée pour tous les clients.

La proximité au Centre Bell. On est venue à Montréal pour voir un concert.

Pros:

El cuarto es apropiado para su propósito que es descansar. Tiene lo suficiente.

Cons:

El desayuno es siempre el mismo. Los ascensores son lentos y pequeños. En momentos pico el comedor es insuficiente.

Nettes Personal, aber altbacken und fragwürdige Sauberkeit.
Pros:

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich hatte nur irgendwann keine Lust mehr zu diskutieren.

Cons:

Im ersten Zimmer hatte es Scherben am Boden, Haare im Bett, Verpackungspapierchen rumliegen... es war nicht sauber. Ich fragte dann nach einem Wechsel, welcher auch gewährt wurde (inkl. Entschuldigung). Im neuen Zimmer war es auf den ersten Blick besser. Habe dann aber auch verspritzte Bettdielen, Glasreste und Verpackungsabfall gefunden. Scheint also leider Standard zu sein. Die Umgebung ist sehr laut und die Vorhänge decken die Fenster nicht ganz, deshalb erwacht man tendenziell gerne Mal. Das Frühstück war okay, aber nicht gut, ausserdem gibt es dort nur Wegwerfgeschirr, was ich nicht zeitgemäss finde.

Location - downtown, close to everything, but noisy, very noisy

Cons:

Dirty, filthy, old furniture, staff is never there, spoiled and rotten food inside the mattress in the room, cracks and holes in walls. NO PARKING. Extra 35$ for overnight parking provided by another hotel. Completely overpriced for the services paid. Better use Novotel nearby or anything else, they are all cheaper than this hole. Breakfast has no selection of healthy options and only powdered eggs. Do not waste your money and time. Do not bring kids.

Decent stay in great location
Pros:

Location. Breakfast. Except waffles weren't offered the second day. Staff. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Tv didn't work. No waffles offered on Saturday. A vitamin pill was on the floor: our dog found it and almost ate it. Rug was not very clean.

INCREDIBLE
Pros:

I forgot to put a review but the hotel staffs are 100/100!!! I love them especially those two staffs at the front desk, i dont know their names but they were so welcoming.
The room is so clean and I got the 14th floor. It was a nice view and the breakfast is good! Will come back again. Everything is walkable especially the Centre Bell since I attended 5SOS’ concert :))) I had a great stay!
