My stay was good.

You get what you pay for
Pros:

Good location for going to the Bell Centre, but the hotel is small and run down. Parking is a block away in another hotel and $40. Room was dated but functional. Not the best, but also not the worst. Fair for the price - better if you don’t have a vehicle to park.

Pros:

Personnel très à l’écoute et réactif
Lit très confortable
Très bien situé

Cons:

Sèche cheveux ne marchait pas
Douche avec peu de puissance et qui s’écoulait mal ( stagnation d’eau pendant la douche )

We got the cheapest stay for that period and the value matched that.
Pros:

The breakfast area was fully stocked and they kept refilling when things ran low. The location was perfect as it was downtown and walkable to restaurants, shops and pharmacies.

Cons:

There was no parking and they offered us a valet service, however, we would have to go with the valet to our parking spot and walk back to the hotel for a fee. At checkout, we would still have to walk to the car to retrieve it. We opted not to and drove ourselves to a nearby car park which worked out to be $14 cheaper.
The rooms were had a slight odor as if the carpets have not been cleaned for a while.

Would probably suggest staying somewhere else…
Pros:

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

Cons:

Others have already mentioned that the rooms need help - the carpets were filthy and need replacement, as does the pullout couch. The elevators were slow. The breakfast was not great. The workout area is a treadmill, elliptical and a few free weights. The parking is valet with some random person not associated with the hotel at a different hotel location - so weird.

We got what we paid for and have no complaints. Price mattered to us so we didn’t expect luxury.
Pros:

Location was great. Room small, moderately clean. Coffee maker didn’t work. White bed spreads showed slight soil marks, but bedding was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was clean. Had to ask for hand soap. Towels were very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Public bathroom was clean and comfortable to use. Staff was very accommodating. Called for taxis, helped with luggage storage when room wasn’t ready because we were early. Especially Puma.

Cons:

Hallway rugs showed used marks and felt that they weren’t as clean as they could have been.
