Chambre confortable et correcte
Pros:

Chambres confortables, petit déjeuner correct, hôtel bien situé, environ 15mn à pieds de la rue Ste Catherine. Personnel à l'accueil très agréable. Micro-ondes et frigo dans la chambre, très pratique.

Cons:

Propreté moyenne, il ne fait pas regarder sous le canapé ou les coins. (Un cheveu dans le lavabo à notre arrivée). Absence de parking

very disappointed in condition of hotel not worth the money.
Pros:

Warm welcome and ability to get us into a room early after a red eye flight.

Cons:

The breakfast area was like a war zone very limited space and plates of half eaten food piled up on tables grabbed an apple and left. The room was definitely in need of a refresh big hole in the carpet, wallpaper peeling off bathroom door rotted at the bottom, shower head fell off, stains on the walls. The noise from pub across the street went on until 2:30 am.

Building needs a facelift, lots of peeling wallpaper and paint, dirty windows, and only 1 of the 2 elevators were working.

Pros:

The location was good

Cons:

The elevator, only one worked, slower than molasses
The rooms need updating, cleanish but in rough shape. Bathroom lighting is way too dark. Beds were horrible.
The breakfast was terrible and the room was filthy

The lift is the slowest lift I have EVER encountered and I travel every week

Good localisation
Pros:

The localisation was great, very close to the metro; the beds were quite comfortable, and stuff friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Only one elevator working, noisy during the weekend (the bar across), breakfast are of rather low quality. Considering the price I've expected a little more.

Close to where I was going

Cons:

To small elevator
Only 1 out of 2 elevator fonctional for all the floors.
I have a small wheelchaire and was not even able to get to the batteroom flore.

Bon emplacement
Pros:

L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Montréal. Le personnel de l'accueil était très sympathique.

Cons:

Le canapé lit était horrible, on sentait tous les ressorts du matelas de mauvaise qualité. La propreté de la moquette n'était pas au rendez-vous car nous avons trouvé des perles au sol. Le personnel du petit déjeuner était débordé par l'affluence de voyageurs dans cette petite salle. Un seul ascenseur pour 14 étages et que les voyageurs ainsi que le personnel de ménage c'est trop juste, c'est dommage.

Très bon emplacement - chambre spacieuse

Très bien placé en plein cœur de Downtwon. Nombreux restaurants et bars à côté. Literie confortable.

Fantastic experience
Pros:

Puma at the front was just extraordinary. She helped direct where we wished to go always a smile and a hello. She went above and beyond we will definitely stay here again because of her.
