Far below standard
Cons:

Upon arrival, we discovered a toothbrush left behind by a previous guest.
In addition, the room was extremely dusty. As I am highly sensitive to dust, I spent the entire night sneezing and was unable to rest properly.

The room was also missing towels and extra blanket. Furthermore, the charging outlets we attempted to use for our mobile devices were not functioning. These issues were reported to the front desk but remained unresolved.
To make matters worse, reaching the front desk was extremely difficult. The line was constantly busy, and our calls frequently went unanswered. As a result we were left without assistance despite repeatedly attempting to contact the hotel.

The breakfast experience was also disappointing. The selection was very limited, offering and the quality of the food very cheap and below expectations.

We believe that the quality of our stay fell well below the standard reasonably expected from your property.

Pros:

L'emplacement. La literie est confortable.

Cons:

Le ménage laisse à désirer. Couette tachée. La chambre n'a pas été aspirée de la semaine.
Le personnel d'accueil et surtout au petit déjeuner très peu agréable, jamais un bonjour.
Petit déjeuner très succinct.

La chambre était mal nettoyé, le matelas du divan-lit était taché de substance douteuse, la porte menant à l'extérieur ne fermait pas bien, il y avait une forte odeur de canabis à l'étage où nous étions.

This hotel provided what we needed. Close proximity to the US Consulate.

Cons:

Tiny elevators & hallways made navigation through the hotel with my 3 kids in a stroller/wagon a bit challenging, but it was passable. I don't recommend stepping outside after sunset... the streets are a scandal.

Cons:

both bed frames had what appeared to be vomit stains, our hand soap was hidden on the inside of a coffee cup, our tea bags were pre torn, the balcony was visibly deteriorating and looks like it could collapse. We found someone's vape just lying on the floor from I presume the previous guest

最棒的是位置！然后是早餐。房间设施也都不错，水很大，冲起来很舒服。

停车确实是比较头疼的事。房间里的隔音需要加强。淋浴的排水有些慢，需要等待。
