Stayed for a concert, was convenient
Pros:

Location was great and the room was spacious. Steps away from shopping, restaurants and the Bell Centre. Check in staff was helpful. Was helpful to have a sofa bed. Bathroom seemed to be updated.

Cons:

Hotel is quite dated. The room felt damp all the time. Elevators are extremely slow, you’ll have to wait a good 10 mins during peak time to be able to use it. Check out staff was not pleasant.

The staff was very nice and it was a good location, but I wouldn't stay again.
Pros:

Great location, but because of construction the hotel was very difficult to find and access by car. The staff person I talked to gave great directions and we very helpful.

Cons:

It was very dated and had dirty carpeting. There were french fries on the floor in the hallway for the 3 days we were there.

I would stay here again based on location and balcony access but it needs to be updated.
Pros:

Great location. Clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Love that there are balconies.

Cons:

The property is a bit run down. Could benefit from some fresh paint, new carpet and new furniture. The fabric on furniture in the room was very worn. The table was broken.
