Great location

The staff were really kind, helpful and friendly. I liked the lounge and the reverse osmosis water dispenser that I used every day. Everything was well-kept and comfy. I also felt really safe there. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. It was also easy to turn the room temperature to a specific degree, which is a bonus. The bed was comfortable with 2 types of pillows, 2 soft and 2 harder ones.
The view from my hotel room wasn't great, it was of a side-street and I wish they had blackout blinds as I am sensitive to light and it would've been easier to sleep. And I wish they had a better chair for the desk, one with a back just in case I wanted to get some work done, but the lounge was a great place to do a conference call.
Only stayed for a night but I had a hiccup with my check in and the staff were extremely helpful and patient with me as we resolved the issue. Really did me a solid and I am very thankful.
My room was clean (only slight minor things like a stray hair here and there) and comfortable. Water pressure was good in the shower and the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion were citrus scented which I really loved.
Location is great. The hotel is located near a lot of establishments (bars, stores, and a nice park in front) and wineries.
Would come back for a day trip or weekend fun in the area!

Disappointing breakfast
Excellent location, perfect rooms, kind staff. Everything was exceptional - including the rate. The breakfast was the standard American hotel fare - inedible by European standards (but the Americans have not figured that out yet), but beyond that, this was a real find. Highly recommended.
Breakfast. Individually wrapped bagels and ultra processed foods. This is an area where the American will need to rediscover their power to innovate.
The room was nice, bed was so comfortable and I loved the shower.
The constant loud noises outside. The garbage trucks and large fans in another building. It was all night noise

Very quiet. Great location near restaurants and points of interest. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Room was a nice size and well appointed. We loved the historic building. Good breakfast and beautiful lobby.
No fault of the hotel's, but the police were banging on our neighbor's door at 1 am and woke us up. They removed the neighbor, but we didn't find out until the next morning. Parking was only free from 6 pm to 9 am outside in the street.
Dog friendly, comfortable, right-sized rooms in the center of Santa Rosa.

Perfect location without standing outdoor access to a park across the street for our pup. Vibrate close by dining options for dinner or early morning espresso. A comfortable room with a great view and all the accoutrements one would expect.
Our room was top notch, except for a shortage of easy access outlets for charging. All as well that only one side of the bed had a nightstand.
