Quirky luxury hotel with friendly staff. Very clean!

The staff was the best, very helpful and friendly.
Pros:

Liked that we could walk around hotel area, great restaurants, nice stores, shopping mall at walkable distance (although we were not interested), quaint city square. Loved the building where the hotel is located and the city location of the building.

Cons:

The city square attracts homeless people (although they were safe), rioters, and very noisy with music almost every night!!! But also entertaining.

Beautiful, exceptional hotel with amazing staff and customer service.
Pros:

We went down at 940 and it was not busy so everything was fine. Perhaps some small trays to carry food to your room.

Cons:

Ironing board was not in room had to call and ask for one.
