Cons:

We came on the night of the street fair and we were totally confused with the street being blocked off. Finally had to call for some directions. Our room was really small. Kind of hard for two adults to navigate around each other.

location was great, beautiful lobby, thoughtful and helpful staff, valet parking was great not sure about other parking options

Cons:

arrived on Wednesday evening and was not aware of the soccer viewing screen, farmers market which made finding hotel and parking difficult

Well designed hotel in a historic building located in an active area near restaurants and bars.
Pros:

Good location. Very clean and comfortable room. Great bathroom and shower.

Cons:

The cleaning staff never showed up on our second day in the hotel. Some of the staff seemed a bit unengaged.

great staff ! just great ! Cozy boutique design details :) Very central. Parking near by.

Cons:

Breakfast is poor - just sugar mainly. So don’t expect going down in the morning to see smth warm and nurturing food wise.

Pros:

Everyone at the hotel was great. Ingrid at the front desk was amazing! We ended up needing an earlier check-in, and she made it so easy!!! All the valet guys were great as well. I would 100% recommend staying there if you are in town.
