Second time staying here. Cool little town, walking distance to shops, food store, and restaurants. Rooms are neat.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Fun event (music bingo) in lounge during our stay. Valet convenient and not over priced. Very walkable location.
No issues
Great location in the center of Santa Rosa- perfect for walking to shopping and restaurants. We had great fun at the Happy Hour Music Bingo in the lobby with other guests.
Location is great and the staff were exceptional.
The bathroom floors could have used a good cleaning. The room was on the small side for the cost but otherwise nice.

No spa or sauna.
Hotel was close to where our family lives in Santa Rosa. A lot of good restaurants in the area. Room was very clean and tastefully decorated. A bit on the small size, but we were there only one night, so it really didn't bother us. We were able to bring our dog in the room, which really was a nice plus for us. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was a nice addition.
Nothing bad to say about hotel. It would have been nice to have an area right next to the hotel that was landscaped with lawn to walk dog. Area next to hotel was an empty lot, with uneven dirt and gravel. We went to park across the street to walk the dog, and there are a few unhoused people there. If I was without my husband I probably wouldn't have walked the dog there. The park is perfectly fine during the day.
We really enjoyed staying at Hotel E in Santa Rosa. From the check-in, to valet, to checkout it is a quality establishment. We stayed in a king room on the 4th floor and found it very quiet. However, we were there on a Sunday and Monday night, so the area was quiet. The hotel staff did tell us that if the square is busy, it can get loud in the hotel because it is an old building.
The room felt very quality with nice furnishings, a nice bathroom, a nice shower, and nice linens. We stayed at six other places in the past two weeks and this was our top location for quality.
Even though they include breakfast, it's not much more than good coffee, hard boiled eggs, packaged pastries, fruit, and some cereal, but it was enough to get us started for the day, though.
The real question is, would we stay here again, and the answer is a definite yes. It's close to everything downtown and it's a top notch hotel.
