Nice apartment in residential neighborhood
Pros:

Great facility with two pools, a large gym, sauna and outdoor lounging areas. Our studio apartment was modern, comfortable and had kitchen essentials. The Palermo neighborhood is wonderful with two grocery stores within a block and loads of restaurant options. This is a great location to live like a local in a residential areas.

Cons:

We had a few minor issues we ran into in the apartment, which the management quickly resolved within a day. Housekeeping is only once a week for longer stays. Twice a week would be preferred and an extra set of towels for the pool would be nice.

Sin televisor en dormitorio, colchón de baja calidad, baño, bacha suelta, percheros flojos, paredes de paneles de yeso, florecidos x humedad, al igual que la puerta, no habían toallas de mano ni cara, las solicité x acá, nunca aparecieron. Deberían cobrar la mitad de lo que piden.

Stunning apartment, great facilities (indoor pool, gym), friendly security at front desk, awesome balcony views, amazing location by so many restaurants, coffee shops, and easy access to do tourist sites too. Totally fantastic. Santiago dropped by on our arrival to check we were OK, and the wine and chocolate waiting for us was a nice treat.

Foi EXCELENTE. O apartamento é muito confortável, bem equipado com forno, microondas, geladeira, fogão, lava roupas, muito cheiroso e confortável, com amenidades no banheiro, além da localização - no Pallermo, em frente ao marcedo Dia, próximo de açougue, farmácia e lachonetes.
Ainda fui surpreendido positivamente com uma limpeza no meio da estadia.
A estadia foi òtima!

Fue EXCELENTE. El apartamento es muy cómodo, bien equipado con horno, microondas, refrigerador, estufa, lavadora, muy fragante y cómodo, con amenidades en el baño, además de la ubicación: en Pallermo, frente al mercado de Dia, cerca de una carnicería, farmacia y bares.
También me sorprendió gratamente una limpieza a mitad de la estancia.
La estancia fue genial!

Pros:

The apartment is in a great neighbourhood with many cafes and restaurants. There is also a small grocery store across the street. The apartment complex (which is made up of a couple of condo buildings including residential units) has a very nice outdoor pool which gets sun in the afternoon. The apartment itself had everything we needed including AC units in both the living room and bedroom.

Cons:

We had originally booked the two-bedroom apartment; however, it experienced maintenance issues prior to our arrival and our reservation was broken up into two one-bedroom apartments. The apartment that we stayed in had an incredibly small bathroom, hardly larger than an airplane, which was very inconvenient for two people. The hairdryer also sounded like it will short-circuit in short order and desperately needs to be replaced for safety reasons.
