Location and staff. Good breakfast and very caring team who chased us up when we left belongings behind on departure.

Cons:

Beds and noise from other residents and plumbing. Poor soundproofing. Bedroom doors not fire doors

Relaxing stay.food was fabulous, great location and being able to park.
Pros:

Breakfast was really good quality food and well cooked and everything laid out that you would need. Staff were attentive and polite.
Information was assessable.
Cleanliness was good
Reception staff were helpful and polite.
Everything flowed as in there was menu in room, being able to order food or drink.
Dedicated phone for a taxi.
The best was the restaurant Chilli and Mango, the best Thai food I've ever eaten and also the best and freshest food eaten in a hotel.
The staff there was attentive and friendly .
I didn't meet the chefs but what an asset to this hotel.
The food was phenomenaly the best I have tasted and I am well travelled.
So hats off to the chefs food and flavours were incredible
And I am not easily pleased.
I would definitely come back, and I generally never return to same hotel .
