Tolle Lage direkt am Meer und sehr freundliches Personal. Alles war sauber und mit viel Herz gepflegt.
Etwas modernere Ausstattung im Zimmer wäre toll, beispielsweise mehr Steckdosen (USB) und neuere Fernseher mit Streaming.
The main bonus for me was that it had parking. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and the bus goes right into the centre of Brighton. The hotel was comfortable and had friendly stall.

The property was in a great location for my purpose which was for a nearby party but also for a great walk into Brighton on the promenade approx 25 mins (hungover stroll ). Manuel on reception was a lovely guy and very helpful. Our room was a good size very clean and comfortable and with the added bonus of its own free car park, this hotel was perfect for us, would recommend and will be back
A tad noisy from early morning cleaning and departures
This is not a boutique hotel but we didn't expect that this would be the case. It was comfortable clean and had all we needed for our stay. The quality of communication prior to our arrival was very good.

Fantastic location and good breakfast. I loved how big and tidy the room was!
It does show its age a little—for example, it didn't have any USB ports, so make sure to bring your own adapter.
The staff were really lovely, friendly, helpful and professional. The room was large and clean.
The Thai restaurant was very good with cheerful staff.
The breakfast was lovely but not a huge amount to choose from. More fresh fruit and bagels and eggs benedict would be nice.
Also the lighting in the rooms were very bright even the lamps, more cosy, dimmer lights would be good.
