Lovely sized rooms, great breakfast, friendly staff
View spoilt by building work but not the hotels fault!
Its right over the road from beach. Bus stop right outside. Walking to some resterants and cafes.
Staying here is a nice cheaper version then staying in brighton. Breakfast was nice. But it is a decent walk into Brighton so you kind of have to bus, Uber or bike. Family rooms were lovely
The breakfast was absolutely excellent 10/10
Our room ( 51 ) had great views and was comfortable however it was an accessible room and we both found the toilet very difficult to use ( too high )
Lovely location, right on the sea front. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Breakfast portions very generous, though not included in the booking price.
The car park..really small & having found that there was no space, we had to turn the car round & squeeze out, must have been only an inch to spare either side! However, we were allowed to park out the front with the proviso that we would move if necessary.
Weather was very hot & despite the fan, the room temperature made it difficult to sleep.
The staff wre all.cheerful. pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom was lovely. Breakfast didn't finish too early and check-out time was later than many hotels I've stayed in in the past.
There was very little to dislike, but I would have preferred fresh fruit with my continental breakfast, rather than tinned.

Great location and access to buses into Brighton. Very comfortable room with good facilities. We were able to park right in front of the entrance to the hotel. The staff were excellent and showed flexibility.
The hotel soundproofing between rooms could be better.

Parking an issue at the hotel. Even if there was a space at the back of the hotel, we would have had difficulty getting our car thru the gap
