The hotel was excellent for a 3 star hotel. Great location on the sea front. We chose it because of free parking. The free car park was full some evenings but the staff found a place for us to park anyway. So they were very helpful.
Wonderful staff, great in-house Thai restaurant and bar, free parking. Spacious rooms with clean bathrooms, good water pressure in the shower. Breakfast menu leaves no wishes open. A room swap after I decided to stay longer than originally planned after the first night went very smoothly.
Not really a negative, but if you’re focused on Brighton you need to know that it’s a little over 3 km to get there. But there are Beryl bikes for rent nearby, so you can save yourself from having to look for the sparse and expensive parking in Brighton itself.

Da das Hotel gleich an einer Durchgangsstrasse/Promenade liegt war es in der Nacht sehr laut. Das wussten wir aber vorher schon und hat uns deshalb nicht übermässig gestört.
Reception area smelt damp and stale. Room view was carpark and not what was stated on booking site!
Large, clean room. However attention to details was poor. Suprised that there were holes in the curtains!
Breakfast was very average.
Staff were not particularly friendly and welcoming.

Close to friends and I know the area
The check-in process was easy and I was able to call to confirm things if needed. I was especially happy to have free parking at the hotel available which was difficult to find from other venues in the town!
The room could have done with airconditioning for comfort since our room was sea facing (and major road facing) on a warm night and we needed the window open to cool it down, making the night more noisy than ideal.`
The staff were friendly and the room was ok
We returned from a night out and went to have a shower but found it was running on cold. We were also put in a room near reception which was fairly noisy.

Chambre parfaitement bien équipée - l'emplacement peu idéal 45 minutes à pieds du centre-ville, mais il y à un arrêt de bus en face - il y a des places de parc à disposition mais il faut les réserver
