Localização muito boa perto do metrô.

Cons:

Problemas com a limpeza dos quartos e do hotel em geral. Serviço de quarto a cada 3 dias, não parece ter funcionários suficientes. Tive problema com vazamento no banheiro e todas as toalhas foram usadas para conter o vazamento, não fizeram a troca das toalhas e nem a limpeza do banheiro. Encontrei cabelo no ovo mexidos. Café com poucas opções, local do café não era limpo. Encontrei copo sujo no quarto de estadias anterior.

Não recomendo o hotel.
Pros:

Localização perto do metrô. Os funcionários da recepção são atenciosos, mas ficam limitados a qualquer pedido pela falta de outros funcionários.

Cons:

O hotel parece não ter funcionários suficientes, serviço de quarto a cada 3 dias. A limpeza do hotel como um todo é péssima, café da manhã sem opções e encontrei cabelo no ovo mexido.
Tive problema com vazamento e todas toalhas tiveram que ser usadas e não houve limpeza no banheiro e nem troca das toalhas que estavam todas molhadas para poder conter o vazamento.

I enjoy staying there every time I visit NYC. The front desk are wonderful and very professional.
Pros:

Location is great. Very close to public transportation, buses and subway.
Room size where I stayed was spacious. Front desk was renovated and looks modern, I hope the halls and rooms would be renovated as well.

Cons:

Breakfast is always the same. The space where it is displayed could be bigger to avoid the crowding of the costumers. They should use the bar station as well for breakfast.
Room decoration is very outdated. The room carpet need to be changed, it's dark and dirty. My feet got so dirty when I walked barefoot.
