Pros:

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I would like to have my money back if I could. I would never go back!

The outside looked OK. That’s about it.

Cons:

When I first walked in, it looked ghetto. I checked in and the person at the front desk said that the elevator didn’t work. So you went from maybe a two or three star to a one star right then. The place looks totally rundown. The stopper in the sink didn’t work so when I used the water, it would fill up and take a long time to drain. The plumbing was loose on the bathroom sink. It smelled a little like urine in the bathroom. It was just not a good experience at all. I was staying there for an educational workshop and I felt sorry for the other people in my group that I had to stay there. Fortunately, I did not have to stay for any more than one night. I went to get coffee in the morning and it looked like sludge when it came out of the coffee machine. I didn’t even drink it. The only thing that I can say good about it was there was cereal and orange juice, and I felt comfortable eating that.

A clean and comfortable hotel with helpful staff and a pleasant overall stay.
Pros:

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was tidy, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Everything met my expectations, and I enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the TV was not working during our stay, which caused some inconvenience.

Purtroppo il divano letto era molto scomodo si sentivano le molle del materasso . Ho chiesto di cambiare il materasso , non l hanno fatto ma hanno messo una grandina per mio marito e io ho dormito comunque su quel divano … pulizia scarsa sia nella stanza che nell ascensore e nelle aree comuni

Cons:

The hotel was unclean. Starting with the glass doors which were filthy. The floors needed vacuuming. The elevator was very dirty. In the room while we rented double beds, there was very little room for 3 people to comfortably move around. The phone did not work. The room itself had a displeasing smell as did the sheets. The bathroom towels were old and frayed. I can go on
