My Booking.com confirmation was an upgrade to 2 Exective queen beds with walk-in shower. I needed this for my elderly mother but when we arrived at 4pm the reservation they said received from Booking.com was for 2 double beds (with tub shower). Additionally their elevator was down and We had to put onto the first floor because my mom could not do the stairs. It took one hour to get a 1st floor room cleaned. The window heat/cool unit was put on FAN selection and unit very noisy throughout the night. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The nyc subway raddled the room every time a train came through the station below the hotel. And the drilling from repairing the elevator was persistent not allowing quick for our attempt to sleep at 9:15pm
It was not ADA friendly at all. Elevator was not working and the hotel had no urgency to get it fixed. They failed to notify the guest that it wasn't working. There are only 4 rooms on the 1st floor. It says non-smoking but every time you were by your door or open your door it smelled like cigarettes.
Overall this was the worst experience I've ever had If you are looking to book there I'd recommend that you do your research it was disgraceful the level of customer service given.
