Great breakfast, friendly staff and nice area to stay in
Después de pagar 10 días varios millones en hospedaje me robaron varias cosas que compramos que superan 200 dolares y no respondieron el administrador con actitud de no me importa ni una disculpa recibimos tienen un nido de ratas con las del servicio de aseo y seguro el administrador sera su complice por que no hizo absolutamente nada son unos ladrones
The hotel is in a great place in a great part of Brooklyn, very easy access to the subway (three minute walk if that). The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was also really nice with plenty of options. The price is also pretty reasonable for the area, I chose to stay here because my go-to hotel in the area was a lot more expensive for just the one night.
The bathroom floor obviously had not been cleaned and had a lot of detritus all over it. The floor of the room also had a few small pieces of debris (paper etc) on the floor. The place feels a little tired internally and the low ceilings in the corridors give off a slightly oppressive vibe to me.

Localização em zona residencial aparentemente tranquila mas dependente de transportes para qualquer atividade.
Lobby, corredores do hotel muito pouco cuidados e com aspeto desleixado. Quarto espaçoso mas sem ser confortável, sem vista.
Pequeno almoço muito fraco.
À saída pediram- nos o taxi para o aeroporto duma empresa recomendado pelo hotel ( supostamente), " La Ecuatoriana, luxury" por £65 ( por ser paga com cartão)....e acabámos por ser enganados. Cobraram indevidamente o pagamento em duplicado e....até à data não nos reembolsaram nem respondem aos nossos email .
La proprété de la chambre était extra ordinaire, la douche a été impecable en termes de propreté. J'ai beaucoup aimé le calme dans l'hotel, le système de connexion interne était impecable dans l'hotel. Je pouvais me connecter 24/24.
Le Service de petit dejeuner n'était pas bon du tout. Il pouvait manquer à manger alors que les gens n'avaient pas été servis. Les heures déterminées pour le petit déjeuner sont trop strictes et ne donnent pas du temps aux personnes en vacance d'etre servies comme il se doit. Quoi qu'il soit exigé le respect de l'heure, il faudrait un personnel aimable et qui donne plus d'attention aux clients. Pas de service de laundry pourtant tres important dans l'hotel surtout pour les clients qui doivent passer plus de 48h et qui peuvent avoir des rencontres officiels avec les services de l'Etat.

Good location that I was easily able to get to. Subway service is less than a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel room was nice, clean & roomy.
Freshly made breakfast was provided.
I’m used to Netflix, Roku, Paramount, etc at other hotels that I’ve previously stayed. Unfortunately, it wasn’t provided here.
Close to subway. Many locals caffes around.
