J'étais près de l'Auberge et j'ai voulu me renseigner si je pouvais régler ma réservation et ça n'a pas été bien accueilli! L'homme derrière le comptoir n'était visiblement pas content de ma demande. C'est comme si je lui demandais d'avoir la chambre plus tôt alors que ce n'était pas le cas!! Il a consenti à contrecœur parce que j'étais devant lui!! C'est la 3e fois que je réserve en ligne pour votre auberge et je dois avouer que je n'ai pas vraiment apprécié cette attitude de "comme si je dérangeais" ni le mouvement d'impatience. Je ne voulais que régler la note tout de suite parce que j'avais téléphoné plus tôt pour demander d'avoir une chambre au 1er étage parce que c'est plus facile pour moi. Sur le moment, ça ne me donnait pas le goût de revenir à l'auberge dans le futur. On verra.

My previous stay was wonderful, but disappointed in this recent stay
Pros:

Location was perfect for where we went in Montreal. Staff was wonderful. Parking is so convenient and free and so helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom smelled bad and the ceiling in the bathroom looked like water was dripping from it. The amenities were a little stingy (2tiny soaps and 2 small shampoos)
The guests in the room were so loud (yelling) late into the night and early in the morning

Rien a dire sur l’emplacement ou sur le personnel qui était parfait

Cons:

cependant, mon premiers passage à cette hôtel n’a pas été agréable, à cause du bruit et des gens qui parle fort ou encore qui chante à 01h00 du matin chaque son venant des corridors ou d’autre chambre est très brouillant
