le personnel très courtois et parle en français, les lits sont confortable. à proximité du métro, arrêt de bus et centre commercial. stationnement sur place

il n'y a pas de restaurant/bar contrairement a la publicité, mais seulement ouvert au petit déjeuner. Dans la chambre le bas de mon pantalon était poussiéreux après avoir marcher pied nu, prise électrique non fonctionnelles ou brisés, lampe non fonctionnelle, câble défectueux par moment, le mobilier est désuet dans un état d'usure avancé.

Qu’on puisse avoir accès à un ventilateur pour le son et une autre couverture.
Il n’y avait pas sex de serviettes dans la chambre selon le nombre de personnes.
L’endroit est très propre et sympa et le personnel très agréable.

Tout était parfait pour un hôtel à faible coût. Propreté irréprochable.

Cons:

Oreillers de moindre qualité (quand même adéquat) et l'insonorisation est moyenne mais c'est normal dans un vieux bâtiment

Le personnel a été très courtois ! Les zones communes et la chambre propre.

Cons:

On nous avais mentionné qu'il y avait des déjeuner, par contre, une fois arrivés il n'y avait que 2 choix de disponibles sur tout le menu et à un prix bien trop élevé pour ce qui étais inclus. 16.99 pour un muffin, croissant avec quelques fruits ne nous paraissait pas du tout raisonnable. L'autre option étant des céréales, yogourt, lait et fruit pour 17.59 semble assez exagéré surtout que d'autres choix étaient sur le menu, mais rien d'autre de disponible lors de notre séjour que les deux choix mentionnés. Nous avons donc été obligé de nous rendre ailleurs pour le déjeuner. Ce qui a un peu plus compliqué le plan initial de la journée serrée que nous avions.

Pour un court séjour, endroit très convenable.

Cons:

Le déjeuner…le rapport qualité/prix très décevant. Au moment de notre séjour, samedi à dimanche, le restaurant était en manque de plusieurs produits: pommes de terre pour accompagner les oeufs, les fruits pour le pain doré. Les toast étaient froides et le jus était en bouteille et non frais. Bref, qualité plus que décevante.

Llegar de una temperatura tan fría y sentirte tan calentita y refugiada. Mucha tranquilidad, silencio y facilidad a la hora tanto de hacer el Check-In como a la hora de hacer el Check-Out. Todo el personal espectacular. La habitación era grande, y muy cómoda, con diferentes opciones de cargar el móvil si vienes de otro continente. Calefacción, agua calentita, luz natural...

Cons:

En alguna ocasión me fallo un poco la corriente únicamente para cargar el móvil, quizás el problema era mío, o directamente me faltaba información para hacerlo correctamente...
La TV podría disponer de youTube, o quizás tampoco supe ponerlo...

Très bien sauf que nous n’avons pas pu prendre un déjeuner chaud. Nous avions le choix de déjeuner santé ou continental
