Very bad

The hotel gave away our room and our young kids had to stay in a different room. The rooms smelled and they had to give us different rooms and the 2nd rooms we were given still had garbage from the previous people. The hotel manager said they would approve a refund but denied it when requested.

Rooms are well designed, especially for couples with different sleep patterns. Breakfast was disappointing, oatmeal was consistently watery, variety the same old motel rotation.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Room was very clean and we had no issues. Even though we had our car, we used the shuttle for the mall. Very convenient!

Thought rooms could use an update !!! Stay was great , bed just a little lumpy

Comfortable. I needed a shower with bars for safety so had to have a completely accessible room. The counters were almost too low for me as I am taller. And there was a strange closet area which was pretty inconvenient.

We had tons of family come in for my uncle’s memorial service and it was the perfect accommodation for all of us. Staff was awesome, location was ideal and the lobby for us all :)

Very comfortable hotel with big rooms. Location is great and close to plenty of food and shopping areas. Great value with breakfast included.

Friendly and accommodating staff. The room and hotel were clean. Breakfast was adequate with many options available but could use an upgrade in the quality of the food.

A safe and quiet location approximately a 10-minute drive to MOA and 4 minutes to a Target. The room we got was at the end so it had two exterior facing windows which had lots of natural light which was nice!
The hotel is a bit dated so sofa and beds are probably at the end of its life and need to be replaced. The suite also had that noticeable old carpet smell.
It was unusual that it did not have a garbage can in the washroom.
The dishwasher was not secured properly and kept moving sideways and outwards. The AC/heating unit has an exposed wiring at the bottom that could potentially be a safety issue if kids get under it.
Like what others have said on their reviews, if you don’t ask about parking then it will come as an unpleasant surprise come check-out as you will be charged 5$ a night. When I checked in, there was no mention of it however I have read the reviews beforehand so it didn’t come as a surprise.
Overall, if you’re okay with an average hotel then this hotel should be fine. But I’d be willing to pay 50$ more a night for a better accommodation next time.

Centrally located to ALL that we had planned for the Edina and Bloomington areas: soccer fields, shopping, dining out.

I stay here always. Great rates, clean and safe. Although the rooms are somewhat outdated, it's okay.

Old and run down property that desperately needs a renovation. Staff were great and the breakfast buffet was pretty good.

Good property, nice staff and room is spacious . Shuttle to airport was a big plus.
