Ganz tolles Hotel
Pros:

Schönes, saubere Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Es gibt einen sicheren Abstellplatz für das Fahrrad. Das Essen im Hotel ist sehr gut aber am allermeisten gefallen hat mir der schöne Saunabereich

Pros:

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Zimmers waren okay. Mir fiel auf dass die Klimaanlage fehlte bei sehr hoher Temperatur (40grad ) und dazu waren die Fenster durch Verschluss nicht weit zu öffnen. Bei Nachfrage wurden die Sicherungen aber entfernt und eine nächtliche Lüftung war dann möglich.

Mooie kamers, geen airco, veel geluidsoverlast vanaf buiten en personeel emotieloos bij klachten.
Pros:

Kamers was ruim, goede douche en schoon. Leuk plaatsje. Mooie omgeving om te fietsen.

Cons:

We vroegen een kamer aan de achterkant ivm geluidsoverlast. Dat was volgens het personeel niet nodig. Echter 2 nachten achtereen wakker gelegen vanwege geluidsoverlast. De aanliggende straat werd als racebaan gebruikt en veel lawaai veroorzakende voorbijgangers tot diep in de nacht. Het was 30+ graden. Geen airco, maar ook geen ventilator of andere verkoelende opties. Konden 2 x niet op terras zitten/eten, omdat de eetzaal was afgehuurd. Terwijl er is aangegeven in de informatie over t hotel dat er een terras en goede keuken is. Terras was verder leeg. Personeel gaf geen kik toen we ons beklaagden. We zijn 1 dag eerder vertrokken omdat een 3e nacht onverdraaglijk is met die hitte en lawaai in de avond en nacht op de kamer. Zelfs bij vertrek een reactie van het personeel. Op zijn minst verwacht je een reactie.

Zimmer gut, am Frühstücksservice ist noch Luft nach oben
Pros:

Großzügiges Zimmer in zentraler Lage.
Restaurant zum Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr freundliche und nette Bedienung.

Cons:

Um 9.30 Uhr war das Frühstücksbuffet bereits „abgefressen“. Der Bitte nach Rührei und Speck wurde recht wiederwillig mit dem Spruch „das kann aber dauern“ nachgekommen. Auch musste noch trotzdem noch mal nachgefragt werden, so dass das Rührei nach ca. 25 Minuten endlich da war. Freundlicher Service sieht anders aus.

Wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen worden, und man hat uns gleich bei der Unterbringung unserer Fahrräder geholfen.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und kompetent. Das Essen im Restaurant und das Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war trotz der recht kühlen Außentemperatur für uns zu warm, ein etwas kühleres Zimmer wäre zum Schlafen
besser gewesen.
