Overall, I had a great stay, with excellent rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location.
Pros:

The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and luxurious, making for a very enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my visit. I also loved the convenient location, which was close to the city and easy to access.

Cons:

I had a very positive experience overall and did not encounter any issues during my stay.

Pros:

Clean bathroom and washroom. Nice bed ans clean room overall.

Cons:

Food was HORRIBLE menu was limited. Curry was SALTY and watery especially pork curry. The room phone was not working the staffs were NOT responding when told to collect the tray. The food took almost 1 to 2 hours to arrive. Cold food!!!!!

Helpful people, clean rooms, good food
Pros:

The rooms were clean and fresh. A woman named Peters was very helpful and kind, going out of her way to assist when we needed extra service. Security was friendly and alert. The men in the lobby were happy to help with bags and umbrellas. The food very good, beyond our expectations. 10 out of 10 for our stay.

My Stay at Holiday Inn Suva
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Suva from 15th to 16th August, and I would like to give a special mention to the amazing team who made my stay so enjoyable.
A special thank you to Leia, Miri, Mereoni, Loata, and Aliti for making the check-in process so smooth and welcoming. I truly appreciated how accommodating and thoughtful everyone was towards my baby. It made the stay feel even more comfortable and special.
The food was absolutely delicious, and I especially appreciated that the team made sure my baby could enjoy the meals as well. The level of care and attention we received really stood out to me.
Thank you to the entire team for making our stay such a lovely experience. Your warm hospitality, kindness, and excellent service did not go unnoticed. ❤️
I would happily recommend Holiday Inn Suva and look forward to staying again!

Excellent Service and Support
Pros:

We recently had two work training sessions at Holiday Inn Suva on 28 July and 19 August and had an excellent experience on both occassions.
A special thank you to Luisa who was tended to our group throughout both events. Loved her attentiveness and friendly nature, she was approachable and catered to our every request. Refreshments were served on time and any of our requests were handled efficiently. Highly reccomend Holiday Inn Suva for meetings, workshops and training events. Looking forward to hosting any of our future work-related trainings and events here.

Great service and friendly staff.
Pros:

Absolutely loved dining at Holiday Inn. The food, relaxing atmosphere, and beautiful sunset made the experience even better. A special shoutout to Fili, who was friendly, welcoming, and provided great service. Definitely a lovely place to dine and enjoy the sunset. Highly recommend.

Dissapointed with the service at the hotel.
Pros:

Breakfast was great but dinner selections for vegetarians were very limited. Rooms were not clean.

Cons:

Overcharged for Happy Hour Drink. Promised to refund but todate no refund has been made. Can not rely on the commitments made. We checked out on Saturday 18th July and were promised that refund will be processed on Monday 20th July, bou 3 weeks later no refund has been received.
