Loved the hospitality of the team, the wood fire pizzas were lovely and the view from my room

Our stay for the honeymoon was very comfortable and we had a good time.

Everything thing was very good including service, staff and the comfort

Cons:

Our room was not cleaned on time. As a honeymoon couple, we had requested for our rooms to be cleaned but when we returned to our rooms at around 4pm, it was still was cleaned.

Fijian hospitality at its best!
Pros:

This hotel never disappoints. Displays Fijian hospitality at its very best. Special shout out to Jo (DM), Loata (Reception), Voni, and Don (Team Leader). You guys went beyond your call of duty to look after me. I stayed at the hotel from 18th January to 23rd and will return soon. Vinaka Vakalevu and see you soon. Satish

Pros:

I ordered a Chocolate Mud Cake for my niece’s birthday and paid the full price of FJD 73.00. When I placed the order early in the morning, I was warmly greeted by a staff member who was polite, welcoming, and very hospitable. Her service reflected the standard of professionalism one expects from a hotel of your reputation.

However, the experience was quite different when I returned in the afternoon to collect the cake. The staff member who attended to us showed no proper greeting, no smile, and appeared disengaged. The overall service felt unwelcoming and disappointing, especially in comparison to the service I received earlier that day.

As a local customer, I could not help but feel there was a noticeable difference in the level of service provided, which raises concerns about whether locals and tourists are being treated equally. Front-of-house staff are ambassadors of the hotel, and every guest—local or international—should be greeted and treated with the same level of respect, warmth, and professionalism.

I chose to remain calm at the time, but I felt it was important to provide this feedback so it can be addressed appropriately. I hope this will be taken constructively and used as an opportunity to reinforce consistent service standards across all staff and shifts.

A good, comfortable and convenient experience

I like the location is close to the meeting venue and shopping malls and the rooms are comfortable including the air conditioning, wifi and TV, not forgetting the room service is commendable.
