Very disappointing.
As mentioned, I did the booking using booking.com and it was confirmed.
I went to the reception at 10pm on 3rd December and the receptionist laughed at me saying “No room is available at this price INR1169(confirmed on booking.com)
Then they asked me to pay more, I didn’t want to anywhere else at this late night since I was with my family.
So I end up paying them cash INR2,000 and checked-in
I had submitted my aadhaar card too, and they said they will return the aadhaar card along with receipt in my room, but they never appeared.
During checkout there was no one available at the reception , so I left without collecting my aadhaar card and receipt.
Kindly help me with aadhaar card sent to my address and the receipt for records.
I didnt like a single thing in the hotel.
I have booked an air conditioned room, but the hotel ha given me non-air conditioned room. Even that room is also not properly maintained. No proper cleaning of the rooms. After many requests, they have changed my room and again given me an non-air conditioned room. Fully disappointed by the response from the staff.

The property seemed very dark and dingy. The rooms smelt like smoke and the overall experience was not very pleasant.

The positives were it was very cheap, the check in was easy, free breakfast and the rooms and bed were big but it was definitely over advertised. Sheets had dirty marks, no Air Con, hot water wasn’t going (maybe needed to be turned on in the room, but wasn’t explained to me), the WiFi didn’t work, none of the tv channels were subscribed to and the bathroom had an open hole instead of a window which kept the room warm. I still slept well on top of the covers with the fam going but had to leave early the next day because I needed working WiFi
The bathroom had a broken faucet and the toilet seat was damaged, no hot water. Room service was very slow. They had cookies for breakfast! On asking they did give us omelet!
