Die Freundlichkeit, die gute Matratze, Sauberkeit, das gute Frühstück.

Cons:

Angenehmeres Licht im Zimmer. Zu wenig Ablage im Bad für zwei Toilettenbeutel.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Charme in Ransbach-Baumbach
Pros:

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr ansprechend.
Das Personal ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit, höflich und zuvorkommend.
Ganz besonders erwähnen möchte ich die Freundlichkeit der jungen Frau, die morgens im Frühstücksraum bedient hat.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles für einen guten Start in den Tag.
Sogar die "Gentlemen Forever" (Erol Sander, Francis Fulton-Smith und Dave Kaufmann) haben hier übernachtet.
Ich denke mal, auch das spricht dafür, dass es sich hier um ein sehr gutes Hotel handelt.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat mir die Hellhörigkeit im Hotel.
Das ist aber hauptsächtlich die Schuld der anderen Gäste, die beim Betreten oder Verlassen ihrer Zimmer so viel Lärm machen.
Wenn jeder Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste nehmen würde, wäre das Thema vom Tisch.

Nice hotel, shame about the bar
Pros:

Convenient and out of the way parking for my motorcycle, felt very safe.

Cons:

The bar wouldn't serve drinks unless you were eating in the restaurant, even though I was a guest

We were really impressed with the value this hotel offered. The location was perfect for us, especially as we were taking a break from driving from the UK to the Czech Republic. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The food was exceptional - especially the fillet steak. The first one we had was honestly out of this world and easily the best steak we’ve ever had. The second time wasn’t quite at the same level, but still one of the best we’ve had. Breakfast was also really nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing we disliked to be honest.
