I booked one of the best suites they had for 2 nights and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Pillows were bad too.

overall good stay
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the server delightful.

Cons:

Only one level 1 charger available for our electric car… and there are no other Tesla chargers in the city. We weren’t prepared to travel to the US in order to charge our car. the staff helped me find the lone charger that was thankfully available for enough time for us to get back to a Tesla charger in Ingersoll

Great location near the main drag of Sarnia
Pros:

I arrived before check-in time but they had a room ready and I was able to enter it several hours prior to normal check-in time. I was also able to park right in front of the main entrance which was an added plus.

Cons:

Nothing, it was fine.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would return to The Insignia again.
Pros:

Wonderful staff. Excellent location. And one of the very few hotels that actually has a gym-usually "gym" means-maybe a treadmill and a few weights-The Insignia has a fully functional gym space beside a pool.

Cons:

Nothing I can think of-the check at 4 is late but they got us in by 3 so no worries.

Cons:

The only thing is the floors look dirty but they are not. I work at The Moxy in St Pete FL and have the same floors. I found that a good steam mop and a deck brush works great. fyi
