Espaçoso mas dececionante em serviço e praticidade
Pros:

Quarto espaçoso (bom para família com criança).
Limpo no geral.
Localização conveniente (a 16 min de Bienne, perto do velódromo, aeroporto regional e fácil acesso de carro).

Cons:

Quarto super básico e mal iluminado (pouca luz, só abajures limitados).
Falta de toalhas suficientes (só para uma pessoa, apesar de três hóspedes).
Serviço na receção inexistente ou ineficiente (ninguém presente, funcionário não sabia procedimentos).
Isolamento sonoro fraco (barulho da rua/festa até tarde).
Pouca água fornecida (apenas 500 ml para três).
Problema grave na porta de entrada à noite (não abre com cartão, risco de ficar preso fora no frio).
Inacessível para cadeira de rodas quando receção fecha (elevador desligado).
Sem restaurante ou pequeno-almoço ao fim de semana.
Ausência de chaleira, cafeteira ou facilidades básicas nos quartos.

Struttura con comodo parcheggio e tranquilla.
Tutto sommato se sei in giro per lavoro puô andare bene.

Cons:

Difficoltâ nell' illuminazione della camera, freddo nel locale bagno, e nessun cambio di asciugamani abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti !!!
Colazione fatta solamente una al venerdi, sabato e domenica niente colazione ma scoperto solo dopo aver fatto la prenotazione e pagato !!!!
Almeno mettete una macchina per il caffê !!!

Pros:

Preis/Leistung ist gut, Umgebung perfekt wenn man mit Hund reist.

Cons:

Zimmer sind extrem schlecht isoliert - man hört alles. Der self-checkin funktioniert, allerdings hat man die Hotelbuchungsnummer nicht wenn man via Bookin.com reserviert und mit Doppelnamen wirds kompliziert.
Enttäuschend war das Frühstück resp der Preis! Obwohl wir im Hotel übernachtet haben missten wir den vollen und sehr teuren Frühstückspreis bezahlen! Es lohnt sich die Übernachtung mit Frühstück zu buchen - leider hatten wir in der gleichen Buchung 1 x inklusive Frühstück und 1 Zimmer ohne (Buchungsfehler). Hotel war nicht kulant! Das war enttäuschend.

Amazing gym, spartan setup otherwise
Pros:

Amazing gym. It's my main reason for booking here.

Cons:

No soap in my bathroom, only a few half-used body lotion bottles. No staff when I checked in post-7PM so no option to sort this out for me. No option to book a double bed, only big rooms with 2 bunkbeds each.
