Would stay there again
Pros:

Good area behind building to walk a pet. Elevator was slow as they were working on the other one , but the allowed use of service elevator to speed things up. Front desk staff were really accommodating, Would stay there again.

Loyalty program benefits mean nothing.
Pros:

If you have any status that gives you the free breakfast don’t expect to use. Was told it was only good for the buffet at this location. If they are going to do that they should have at least kept the buffet stocked. There wasn’t anything on it.

Very comfortable
Pros:

The suite was beautiful especially with the French doors separating the bedroom from the living room. I also liked that parking was free. I wish that was the standard at all Sheraton locations. It was pet friendly as well!

Cons:

I didn’t like that the elevator shook while moving and that only one elevator was working. The dining room was also shut down so you could only take your food to your room or eat at the small bar. :(

We had to all go to lower floors due to water pipes and fire compliance hazard. Restaurant staff never there.

Old and wall paper peeling, tub tile and sink cracked, tub drain clogged.

The location

Cons:

The room was outdated. There was a crack in the tile in the bathroom. The sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed when we were sleeping and the service for the afternoon was not an existent. There was nothing that you could get between 11 and four and no assistant from the front desk staff when request requested.

Pros:

Room was fine

Cons:

Elevator takes forever. No stairs from the second floor to lobby!! Breakfast not included in price. Pool pictures were misleading and staff was rude when told us to get out of the pool before the pool was even closed!!!
