WOW!
Pros:

L'appartamento aveva una vista spettacolare! Disponeva infatti di un terrazzino con sdraio, tavolo e sedie, da cui si poteva prendere il sole e vedere il mare. Bellissimo!
Posizione comodissima e i proprietari davvero davvero gentili. Hanno soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. Pulizia eccellente. Consiglio solo di aggiungere qualche bustina di tisana, caffè, olio e sale monouso al fine di rendere ancora più confortevole il soggiorno. Alla prossima!

Incredible view
Pros:

THE VIEW and the terrace. So beautiful and cozy. And the host was very helpful and kind. The apartment is fully equipped. There’s a convenient parking under the building.

Cons:

For a greater value for the price you pay, I’d say the apartment already requires some maintenance.

Soggiorno confortevole, vista mare impagabile
Pros:

Posizione ottima, terrazzo vista mare spettacolare. Il garage molto comodo perché è impossibile trovare parcheggio.

Cons:

La cucina è un po' essenziale, c'è il minimo indispensabile , la camminata per il centro è un po' lunga, non adatto a chi ha difficoltà.

Bellezza e gentilezza a Portovenere

Il proprietario, sig. Mirko, sempre gentilissimo e disponibile. All' arrivo abbiamo trovato nell' appartamento, come gesto di benvenuto, frutta, dolci, yogurt e prodotti per la colazione e per un primo pranzo in struttura. Un gesto molto carino dato che siamo arrivati il giorno di S.Stefano ed era un po' tutto chiuso. L' appartamento che avevamo prenotato (superior) era stato da pochissimo ristrutturato. Tutto era nuovo e di gusto eccellente, negli arredi e perfino nelle stoviglie. Il bagno molto raffinato, con una doccia enorme e una illuminazione curata nel dettaglio. Il pezzo forte comunque rimane la terrazza, affacciata sul golfo di Portovenere, con una vista spettacolare e soleggiata dalla mattina alla sera. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa struttura, dove ci si sente accolti dalla bellezza di Portovenere e dalla gentilezza dei proprietari
