Inmejorable ubicación en Portovenere
Pros:

Hermosa vista desde el apartamento en zona tranquila y a solo 5 minutos de la playa. La ubicación es inmejorable.
El apartamento es cómodo y tiene lo suficiente para tener una estadía agradable. La cocina tiene lo básico para resolver un almuerzo rápido.
Mirco es una persona amable y abierta a ayudar en lo que se necesite. Yo volvería.

Cons:

Pocos enchufes y creo que las almohadas pueden ser mejor. Así también las zonas comunes requieren atención.

Essa foi a melhor hospedagem que já ficamos!! Localização excelente, acomodação excelente, vista maravilhosa e o atendimento muito personalizado, com muito cuidado e cordialidade. Adoramos o anfitrião, que fez com que nos sentissemos em casa durante nossos dias em Porto Venere.
Recomendamos muito e com certeza voltaremos!!

Super apartament z zapierającym dech widokiem na Zatokę Poetów i Portovenere❤️ funkcjonalny, czysty , mega wygodne łóżka , lokalizacja na uboczu miasteczka a blisko plaży :) do tego bardzo pomocny gospodarz🌷 do tego świeże pieczywo na.start, jogurty, mleko i ciasteczka do kawy 😊 mniam . Miejsce do którego mam nadzieję, że kiedyś wrócimy 😄

Il nostro soggiorno a Portovenere è stato bellissimo: panorami mozzafiato, relax, buon cibo!
Pros:

La vista dal terrazzo è spettacolare e "supermeravigliosa"!!!!
Utilissimo il parcheggio coperto interno alla struttura, anche se un po' faticoso per le manovre, ma il gestore è disponibile a "dare una mano al volante"!
Ottima posizione, davanti ad una delle meravigliose baie del Golfo dei Poeti.
A circa 400 metri, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi, si trova una bellissima spiaggetta di ciotoli e un mare meraviglioso in cui poter nuotare. Inoltre, con una bella passeggiata pedonale, si possono raggiungere gli imbarcaderi per varie e bellissime escursioni in barca/traghetto (tour delle tre isole: Palmaria, Tino, Tinetto; le grotte lungo la costa; le Cinque Terre,...) e il meraviglioso centro storico. Segnalazione per il Comune di Portovenere: in alcuni tratti la passeggiata è poco illuminata.
Nella nostra esperienza infrasettimanale, è una zona tranquilla e molto silenziosa di notte: riposo notturno assicurato!

Cons:

La bellissima spiaggetta di ciotoli, purtropppo, non dispone di servizi igienici e di docce liberamente accessibili, né per l'utenza del posto né per i turisti, neanche a pagamento!
Ho contattato personalmente il Comune di Portovenere, telefonicamente, per chiedere informazioni relativamente alla mancanza di servizi igienici pubblici nella spiaggetta di ciotoli, e mi è stato risposto che ci sono due alternative: recarsi nel bar più vicino e, a fronte di una consumazione, chiedere di poter usufruire della toilette; oppure recarsi nella piazza Bastreri del Centro Storico di Portovenere, in cui si trovano servizi igienici e docce pubblici a pagamento: peccato che la Piazza Bastreri sia distante dalla spiaggetta di ciotoli quasi un chilometro!!! ...e se ci fosse una necessità urgente, soprattutto per i bambini e gli anziani! E, per i turisti come me, mi chiedo quali servizi vengano coperti dal pagamento della "tassa di soggiorno turistica", che viene versata nelle casse del Comune...

Pros:

We had an amazing stay. The host was warm, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was fantastic, the view was breathtaking, and everything was impeccably clean. Parking was easy and convenient. We traveled with our cat and really appreciated how comfortable and pet-friendly the accommodation was. We felt at home from the moment we arrived and would love to come back in the future!!

Bella vacanza, Portovenere un gioiellino
Pros:

Casa comoda e carina con due bagni e letti comodi, vista dal terrazzo stupenda, spiaggia pubblica pulita a 5 minuti a piedi, si arriva in centro di Portovenere con una passeggiata di 15 minuti, Mirko gentile e discreto 👏👏

Cons:

Rubinetto cucina che perdeva, segnalato a Mirko sicuramente provvederà

Einfache Ferienwohnung mit phänomenaler Aussicht.
Pros:

Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist unübertrefflich. Man kann den ganzen Tag damit verbringen, auf die wunderschöne Bucht zu schauen. Das Apartment ist hell und geräumig. Das Auto findet seinen Parkplatz in der Garage und steht somit kostenlos und schattig. Wir wurden von dem Mann an der Rezeption sehr herzlich empfangen und er hat stets umgehend reagiert.

Cons:

Leider fehlt auf dem Balkon ein wenig die Privatsphäre, da die Balkone der einzelnen Wohnungen nicht voneinander abgetrennt sind. Steckdosen gibt es nur sehr wenige und überhaupt nur eine, in die ein normaler Stecker hineinpasst. Man würde sich auch über eine Ablage für Shampoo und Seife in der Dusche freuen oder über eine Grundausstattung mit Salz und Pfeffer in der Küche.
