Staff was warm and welcoming, room was very clean and comfortable, and the shuttle service was so quick. I never heard of your company before. I enjoyed staying at your hotel

I didn't realize till l was checking out but there was trash can that hadn't been emptied before my stay.

Great RDU airport hotel! Prompt shuttle service, helpful staff and well equipped.
Pros:

Our flight home was cancelled so we chose this hotel because it was affordable. We had never stayed in a Sonesta before and were happily surprised. Clean, updated ( older bathroom but very adequate and great hot showers) with everything you could want and friendly staff

Would not stay again. And I’m not a picky person.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. That was the best thing about the property.

Cons:

It smelled. Quite badly on the 2nd floor and really badly in our room. It was late and we were checking out in the morning; otherwise, we would have asked to move. It was a strange smell. Kind of like mildew. Very strong.

Not at all a bad place to stay for the money rooms we're comfortable and it is close to the airport.
Pros:

Location was great for what I was there for. The employees that I had contact with were welcoming helpful and Pleasant to talk with. The fitness room stood out to me well equipped clean and orderly

Cons:

It seem like the facility itself could use some updating ie hallways carpeting and bathroom.

Pros:

Although our reservation said breakfast included, there was no breakfast offered. We did like the bed and shower. We liked how quiet the room was.

Cons:

There was no breakfast offered. But they would sell you a small muffin for $4. Also, there was no microwave in the room, which was an issue for us. The lobby has a strong smell of cleaning products. Although the hotel has a 100% sanitary score, the smell was not pleasant. The room smelled fine and was clean.

Pros:

It was nice and clean hotel staff were nice greeted with a smile o ly a short stay to get to tje airport for a flight but stay was nice would definitely stay again
