Pros:

Always a pleasure to stay here. Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Very reasonable parking rates to leave our car. Staff is always great!

Pros:

Staff was excellent! Mikaya checked s in and she was so friendly and sweet. Mindy drove the shuttle and was so personable! The room was so cute with the cute comfy couch and comfy beds and pillows. We left our car for 4 days and it was safe and sound.

Relaxing, simple, and sweet!
Pros:

Only 2 blocks to the ocean. Family run business, and they were very kind and sweet.

Cons:

Refidgerater and A/C units were a bit loud in room. Everything else was perfect.

Overall, great stay!
Pros:

Our room was great. Very clean, had a wonderful scene, the space was awesome!
The check in was amazing. The person that checked us in was incredibly professional and friendly. She was the best person to make the guests feel welcome.

Cons:

Ice machine is broken 😞 and no free breakfast on the weekend.
Overall great stay! Please get that frozen water machine fixed.

Pros:

Everything was fine, it’s a nice place, clean and close to the airport.

Cons:

There is apparently no breakfast on the weekends, it would have been nice to know ahead of time. We returned later to our room after a concert, and when we asked if there was a second room key left for us by the previous check-in attendant as we requested, the night-duty lady hasn’t even moved, just looked at us with some irritation as if we were asking for something unreasonable and said “I don’t know, I just got here”…. Well, yes - so you are at work now, and you get paid - so it’s time to work: so help the guests! This one requires some training.

Overall, great stay and appreciated the extended parking option.
Pros:

Great Location - Close to RDU - Quiet - Comfortable and clean - Extended car parking (while traveling) for $5 per day

Cons:

After staying there for 3 nights, just found out after checkout that FREE coffee was available downstairs every day. That information would have been very nice to have known during the 3 nights we stayed.

No microwave in our room. Asked, but sorry.

An excellent place to stay; great value.
