It done what we needed to do.
Pros:

Was close to everything.(Shops and transport) Convenient having bistro and bar downstairs.

Cons:

Smelt cigarette smoke entering and exiting the hotel. (should be a smoke free zone)
Needs a better shower head and a couple of small things in the room to make better.

A clean and comfortable stay, with room for improvement in staff hospitality and communication during the emergency alar
Pros:

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the female staff member who assisted me was friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The lady staff who attend us was very friendly.

Cons:

One male staff member was at the bar made us feel unwelcome. I tried to make eye contact and smile, but he seemed unresponsive towards us, while appearing friendlier with other guests.

Around 7–7:30 pm, an emergency alarm instructed everyone to evacuate the building. We followed the instructions, but there was no clear guidance or information provided to us. Better communication during the evacuation would have been reassuring.

Pros:

Phòng rộng và đầy đủ tiện nghi, có dọn phòng mỗi ngày. Tuy khách sạn khá xa trung tâm và ở ngược hướng so với sân bay, nhưng khách sạn chỉ cách nhà ga và trạm xe buýt 2-3 phút đi bộ. Xung quanh có đầy đủ cửa hàng tiện lợi, quán cà phê, tầng dưới khách sạn là quán ăn, pub, rất tiện lợi. Tôi đã hơi lo lắng về pub khi đi với con gái 6 tuổi, nhưng hoá ra chỉ có người cao tuổi tụ tập, nên rất lành mạnh và thú vị. Beer và bò của quán cũng khá ngon. Có một công viên nhỏ phía sau khách sạn nữa.

Cons:

Phòng tắm chỉ có 1 vòi hoa sen đứng, không có vòi cầm tay. Tôi nghĩ đây là thiết kế thông dụng ở Sydney, nhưng vì đi du lịch với trẻ nhỏ, lại vào mùa đông nên khá bất tiện khi tắm rửa.

Comfortable, basic accommodation and value for money
Pros:

The accommodation is close to the airport and other places I wished to travel to while in Sydney. It is a basic accommodation, comfortable bed and adequate for a single traveller. Room was cleaned and bed made each day, towels replaced. Accommodation rooms are above a pub, but no issues with noise
