Pros:

The hotel was incredibly beautiful, facilities were very good,,staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
The buffets and breakfast service was excellent. The suite was cozy and beds were incredibly comfortable

Pros:

В самом центре Мадрида,а ощущение загородного отеля,сад,поют птицы и тишина.Историческое красивое здание с замечательной зоной спа и бассейном на крыше ,можно чудесно отдохнуть.Персонал приветливый и профессиональный,завтрак вкусный,все замечательно!

Die Lage, das Hotel

Cons:

Nicht flexibel bei der Zuteilung eines Tisches beim Frühstück.
Wir sollen warten, es hat keine Tische. Die Tische mussten nur abgeräumt werden.
Beim 3. Anlauf ging es schon flotter

Great luxury hotel with real Spanish Character.
Pros:

Luxury comfortable characterful hotel. Good sized room. Perhaps one notch below the luxe Four Seasons, Mandarin, Rosewood in Madrid for quality. But characterful and priced accordingly and a great alternative. Very well situated for the Opera, Palace.

Cons:

Staff really helpful. Sometimes, the serve was forgetful. Lighting in our bathroom was a challenge.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel with top staff
Pros:

Beautiful building, well located, staff very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at the red level which was very comfortable and Guillermo C. Abella
was amazing and took good care of us.
We stayed in a very nice and bright corner room, housekeeping did a great job with cleaning and changing towels x 2 daily. We can also highly recommend the restaurant and the rooftop area and pool at the hotel.

In wesentlichen Hotelbereichen weit weg vom Standard eines „Leading Hotels of the World“
Pros:

Leider nichts - kein echtes 5-Sterne Haus.

Cons:

Zimmer klein, Bad viel (!!!!) zu klein, A/C funktioniert nur sehr eingeschränkt, Frühstück leider auch nur mittelmäßig. Service nicht präsent, Check in Vorgang dauert fast 10 min. Das Hotel hinterläßt weder in der Hard- noch in der Software einen positiv prägenden Eindruck
