El hotel es un 5 estrellas de categoría

Cons:

tuvimos un problema a la llegada con la limpieza en la habitación , lo solucionaron muy rápido
y nos enviaron un obsequio a la habitación , un gran gesto por parte del personal

Beautiful MELIA Hotel, which can be recommended when visiting Madrid.

A royal stay in Madrid!
Pros:

Beautiful property with special indoor and outdoor spaces, including the courtyard and rooftop pool are. Rooms were very well appointed - comfortable beds and bedding. We had the red level experience which offered us wonderful breakfasts and access to food and drink throughout the day as part of our rate, which was an extra special treat. Staff were warm and welcoming! Building was gorgeous!

Great staff but room for improvement

Friendly staff

Cons:

Room not as nice as expected. Went out for morning and room still not serviced on our return. Asked for it to be done while we were out at lunch and it wasn’t. Someone came just as we were settling down to nap. She only took 10 minutes and did a good job but it is not what we expected in an expensive hotel. We are now staying in somewhere more modest and our room was serviced while we had breakfast
