A person with self-respect would not stay at this hotel. My girlfriend and I traveled from Germany to Trabzon and booked a room via Booking. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that couples are only allowed to check in with a marriage certificate. The receptionist even tried to threaten me by saying they would call the police.
The fact that such a practice still exists in the 21st century is already absurd. What makes it worse is that there is no such information mentioned in the property conditions on Booking.
The bidet shower in the toilet is not adjusted for personal hygiene but is set up in a way that you could practically take a full shower with it.
I have stayed in more than 100 hotels so far, and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

It was clean, comfortable, otel services were the best, very helpful and cooperative staff, I’ve visited them twice and the same, I would best recommend it for families as a stay it’s very suitable for them and everything needed such as markets, restaurants, coffee shops are near around

حجزنا كان بطلب اضافة سرير اطفال ولكن عند وصولنا تم ابلاغنا بأنه لايوجد لديهم أسرة اطفال.
