Not the best experience. Probably won’t stay here again.
Pros:

Breakfast was fine. Typical hotel breakfast, not “southern style” like people mentioned. Beds were comfy. Gym was cleaner than my room!

Cons:

Hard to understand the front desk guy. My room was noticeably dirty - coffee spills, hair in bathroom, sticky fingerprints . Had to ask the front desk for the sofa bed and when we did he said “we don’t offer that service”?!? We asked a different lady later that night and she helped right away and delivered them to our room. She was very kind.

Pros:

Booked a double Queen,,was told they were all booked,gave me a king suite,
Not acceptable ,asked for a double Queen and was given a room
This is not management issue this was a booking problem and for 173.dollars. for
Holiday Inn it was a disappointment.

Nice hotel in great location!
Pros:

Great location! Safe area & lots of restaurants & shopping; facilities are clean & smells fresh ; staff was polite; room was big & bed comfortable; nice bathroom stocked with Dove products; breakfast was adequate, but coffee machines were a plus …delicious, strong coffee !

Cons:

Morning staff were huddled in breakfast area & conversing loudly in Spanish; while it seemed they all enjoyed working together, it makes hotel guests feel uncomfortable , especially when they we’re standing in front of coffee bar & in the middle of breakfast area …maybe keep conversation restricted to kitchen, and remember that guests are the priority..was just unprofessional.
